CARSON, CALIF. — Watson Land Co. has leased a 190,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 21750 Arnold Center Road within the Watson Corporate Center in Carson, to Huffy Corp. With the 4-year, $5.8 million lease, the large bicycle company has reserved its new West Coast distribution center, which includes 31 dock-high positions. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Barry Hill represented Huffy in the transaction; Watson was represented in-house by Lance Ryan and Mike Bodlovich.

FONTANA, CALIF. — Union Developmental Financial has purchased the 90,439-square-foot First Choice Self Storage facility, located at 14750 Foothill Blvd. in Fontana, for almost $5.1 million. NAI Capital’s Stephen Grossman was the sole broker presiding over the transaction. The facility features 663 self-storage units and 84 covered RV parking spaces.

Quick Shopping has signed a 28,818-square-foot industrial lease with AMB-HTD Beacon Centre LLC for space in the 2.3-million-square-foot Beacon Centre. The property, which is now 99 percent leased, is located at 8323 NW 12 Street in Doral. Flagler Real Estate Services' Michael Torna represented the tenant in the $2.5 million lease. The firm's George Pino and Jason Tresslar represented the landlord.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Rolfs Baking Co. has acquired a 56,642-square-foot industrial manufacturing building, which is located at 10100 88th Ave. within LakeView Corporate Park East in Pleasant Prairie. Built in 1995, the property features men’s and women’s locker rooms, buss ducts and air-lines throughout, and 12,730 square feet of office space. The acquisition was not released, but the property’s asking price was $3.7 million. Theresa Gleason of Paine/Wetzel represented the buyer; Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, IFA III 88th Avenue LLC, in the transaction.

CAMARILLO, CALIF. — Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura has negotiated a 98,952-square-foot industrial lease in the Camarillo Commerce Center at 4030 Via Pescador for nearly $4 million. Seeking a single building in which to consolidate two Oxnard warehouses totaling 60,000 square feet, Dynacorn International leased the industrial facility for a 7-year term from Triliad Development. Lee’s Grant Harris, Robert Shafer and Grant Fulkerson represented the landlord in the transaction, and NAI Capital’s Mike Tharp and Fred Ferro represented the tenant, a distributor of parts for classic and muscle cars.

CITY OF COMMERCE, CALIF. — Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group has negotiated the nearly $4 million lease of a 139,857-square-foot industrial facility located at 5500 E. Slauson Avenue in the City of Commerce. Binswanger’s Mark Repstad and John Repstad and Victor Didia of Weiss & Company represented the tenant, New Jersey-based Carrini Inc., in the deal with landlord AMB Property Corp., which was represented by David Hess and Michael Foley of CB Richard Ellis. The high-image property includes 10,049 square feet of two-story office space.

DORAL, FLA. — PS Business Parks has completed work on 135,000 square feet of industrial space at the Miami International Commerce Center. The space, which is located at 8216 NW 14th St. in Doral, includes a 75,000-square-foot warehouse and the redevelopment of 60,000 square feet of street-level units. The center now encompasses more than 3.2 million square feet of industrial and flex space.

COATESVILLE, PA. — CB Richard Ellis has brokered the sale of a 150,000-square-foot distribution facility in Coatesville for $26.05 million. Located at at 201 Waverly Blvd., the building is occupied by Keystone Foods under a triple-net lease. The facility contains dry and refrigerated storage space, cold and dry docks, freezer storage and ceiling heights up to 30 feet. The seller was KS Coatesville PA and the buyer was a private investor. Andrew Sandquist, Robert Brennan, Jonathan Wolfe, Mike Hines and Michael Blunt, all of CB Richard Ellis, helped arranged the deal.

GARDENA, CALIF. — DCP Properties has acquired a 33,485-square-foot industrial property, located at 400-422 W. Rosecrans Ave. in Gardena, for $2.2 million. The Klabin Company/CORFAC International’s David Grote represented the seller, 400 W. Rosecrans LLC, in the transaction, and Brian Held of Grubb & Ellis represented the undisclosed buyers. Diversified Crating & Packaging will relocate to the two-building facility from nearby Carson.
