The property is located at 9522 Winona Ave. in Chicago’s Schiller Park neighborhood. Tim Thompson and Brad Borkowski of HSA Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer; CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The sales price was not released.

NEW YORK CITY — Massey Knakal Realty Services has completed the sale of a 27,510-square-foot Brooklyn warehouse for $3 million. The two-story building is located at 158 Pioneer St. in the borough's Red Hook neighborhood. It features multiple loading bays, curb cuts and ceiling heights that go up to 40 feet. The building's second floor is office space. Massey Knakal 's Ken Freeman, John Ciraulo and Megan Flanagan arranged the deal between two undisclosed parties.
IRVINE, CALIF. — The Fazeli Family Trust purchased a 25,328-square-foot industrial/showroom building, located at 8645 Research Drive in Irvine, for $4.5 million. Grubb & Ellis’ Dave Kluver represented the buyer in the transaction, and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented the seller, McMahon Limited Partnership.
DALLAS — TR Pinnacle Corp. has renewed a 177,750-square-foot industrial lease to FedEx Smartpost in Dallas. The property is located at 4121 Pinnacle Point Drive. Corbin Crews of CB Richard Ellis represented TR Pinnacle in the lease.
CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Ultra Pure Solutions has leased 54,095 square feet of warehouse space from CRP Holdings B in Carrollton. The property is located at 1130 W. Jackson Road. Located at 4722 Helgesen Dr., the upgraded and renovated high-bay warehouse is situated in close proximity to the Beltline Highway and interstates 90 and 94. Chase Brieman of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, True North Investments, in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DETROIT — Fuji Property LLC has purchased 9,945 square feet of industrial space at 1515-1527 Division St. in Detroit. C and M Young LTD sold the property for an undisclosed price. Fuji Property is affiliated with Fuji Japanese Buffet in Madison Heights, Mich., and plans to use the building for warehouse space. Robert Frank of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
WARREN, N.J. — The Hampshire Companies has acquired Somerset Technology Center from Archon Group. The two-building, 129,000-square-foot complex is situated on 15.7 acres at 150 Mount Bethel Road in Warren. Prior to the sale, Archon had received approvals to redevelop and expand the site up to 172,000 square feet, but Hampshire's future plans for the property were not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group arranged the deal. The team's members include David Bernhaut, Andrew Merin, Gary Gabriel and Robert Donnelly, Jr.
FRASER, MICH. — Clinton Township, Mich.-based Complete Prototype Systems has purchased 18,000 square feet of space at 33710 Riviera in Fraser. The company is expanding its presence to accommodate the recent increase in automotive production. This site is the company’s fourth location. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not released.
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — LNK International has acquired a 93,000-square-foot industrial building located at 55 Arkay Drive in Hauppauge for approximately $8 million. The vacant facility was formerly leased to Corwood Laboratories, which ceased business in December following a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. LNK plans to use the building to expand its manufacturing and warehousing operations. The property features 40,000 square feet of air-conditioned manufacturing space, 3,000 square feet of office space, ceiling heights that range from 20 to 40 feet and five loading docks. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented LNK as well as the seller, Lori-Lynn Realty LLC, which is affiliated with Corwood.
