JANESVILLE, WIS. — Beloit, Wis.-based Hendricks Commercial Properties has purchased a 40,000-square-foot commercial property in Janesville. Located at 120 Burbank Ave., the former SSI Technologies property sold for $1 million. Barry Badertscher of Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates represented the buyer and the seller, Helgesen Properties, in the transaction.

RAYMOND, N.H. — The Kane Company has completed the sale of a 52,000-square-foot industrial property in Raymond. The building is situated on 10 acres at 13 Center St. It was formerly occupied by a plastics manufacturer. Fisher Auto Parts was the buyer and plans to use the facility as a warehouse for its Robbins Auto Parts operations. Joseph Kane of Kane represented the buyer, and Peter Bilipp, also of Kane, represented the undisclosed seller.
NEW YORK CITY — Massey Knakal Realty Services has brokered the sale of a multifamily building in Manhattan for $2.2 million. The five-story property is located at 254 E. 33rd St. It was delivered vacant but had been partially renovated. It contains a ground-floor commercial unit, five studio apartments and a one-bedroom duplex. Massey Knakal brokers John Ciraulo and Thomas Donovan completed the deal between the two undisclosed parties.
CERRITOS, CALIF. — Colliers International has completed the $4.35 million acquisition of a 48,351-square-foot industrial building located at 17719 Valley View in Cerritos. Built in 1980, the facility is situated on 100,619 square feet of land in south Los Angeles County. Colliers represented Cerritos-based 17719 D & D Management LLC in its purchase of the property from Visalia, Calif.-based Oviatt Family Trust, which was represented by Lee & Associates Tom Gilmer, Brad Gilmer and Clif Fincher. The buyer’s distribution operation, Nelson-Dunn Inc., will occupy the space for the warehousing and distribution of hose and hydraulic components.
LAS VEGAS — Kenneth D. Goodrich has purchased a new 19,786-square-foot industrial building and an undeveloped 1-acre land parcel, located at 6275 S. Pioneer Way within the Buffalo/215 Business Park in the southwest submarket of Las Vegas, from Panattoni Development Co. for $1.85 million. Goodrich will lease the facility to Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing, a division of American Residential Services LLC, and develop the land parcel into a parking facility for 100 service vehicles; 7,500 square feet of the building will be converted to office space. Colliers’ Pat Marsh represented Panattoni in the transaction, and Grubb & Ellis’ Xavier Wasiak and Kara Walker represented Goodrich, who is the founder and president of Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing.
DALLAS — Hord Street Properties has purchased a 45,820-square-foot warehouse from a private party for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 1245 Viceroy Drive in Dallas. Richard Myers and Clint Riley of Bates & Myers Co. represented the buyer in the transaction. Stream Realty Partners' Todd Noonan represented the seller.
MILWAUKEE — Jiminez LLC has purchased a 66,000-square-foot industrial property in Milwaukee. The 3-acre property is located at 920 and 1000 W. Bruce St. Blackhawk Development sold the facility for an undisclosed price. Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company/CORFAC International brokered the transaction.
HOUSTON — Houston Uniform Apparel Co./Accent Sign Awning Co. has purchased a 38,500-square-foot warehouse from a private seller for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 6015 Skyline Drive in Houston. NAI Houston's Griff Bandy and Jon Silberman represented the buyer.
SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF. — DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated a 191,216-square-foot industrial lease at 5404 Industrial Parkway located within the Industrial Parkway Business Center in San Bernardino. FTDI West Inc., a Florida-based clothing distribution and logistics company, signed a $2.6 million, 66-month lease for the entire building, which was completed in 2008. DAUM’s Mark Zorn and Tal Siglar represented the landlord, VID LLC, in the transaction, and DAUM’s Gus Andros, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Scott Leitenburg and Charles Dunn Co.’s John Bowman represented the tenant.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Replico Corp. has signed a 125,400-square-foot lease with M David Properties for the first of four buildings under construction at SilverLanding in Charlotte. The warehouse, located at 6800 Steele Creek, was designed by Wash Hatem Nelson Architects and features T-5 lighting, TPO reflective roof membranes and trailer storage. Cassidy Turley's Lane Holbert and Barb Jespersen, along with Ed Mendence of Sperry Van Ness, represented the tenant. Warren Snowdon and Ralph Oldham of Commercial Carolina represented the landlord.
