CHICAGO — NorthMarq Capital’s Chicago regional office has arranged $7.9 million in first mortgage financing for a 253,151-square-foot industrial portfolio in Chicago. The single- and multi-tenant portfolio consists properties in Elmhurst, Lombard, Elk Grove Village and Buffalo Grove, Ill. Provided by PPM Finance, financing was based on a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization schedule. Jeff Cherner of NorthMarq secured the loans for the borrower, Value Industrial Partners.

VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Stirling Capital Investments has secured an 8-year, $2 million lease signing from Plastipak Packaging Inc. for 65,000 square feet located at 13415 Sabre within the 2,500-acre Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC) in Victorville. CB Richard Ellis’ Jay Dick and Mark Latimer represented Stirling Capital in its lease transaction with the Plymouth, Mich.-based manufacturer of plastic packaging containers. The Plastipak building, the newly constructed, Class A Distribution Centre 13A, is part of Phase I development of the SCLC totaling more than 6.5 million square feet of facilities.

PERRYSBURG, OHIO — Northwood, Ohio-based JTEA Inc. has purchased an 87,335-square-foot industrial property in Perrysburg. Parsippany, N.J.-based Toledo Technologies sold the facility, which is located at 28271 Cedar Park Blvd., for $1.2 million. Ronald Jurgenson of CB Richard Ellis|Reichle Klein represented the buyer, while Jerry Malek, also Reichle Klein, represented the seller in the transaction.

LANHAM, MD. — Amerco Real Estate Co. has purchased an 80,000-square-foot warehouse from First Industrial Realty Trust for $5.45 million. The property is located within Washington Business Park at 9800 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in Lanham. CB Richard Ellis' Adam Weidner represented the buyer. Matthew Laraway and Ned Brady of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Total Environmental Management has purchased a 24,447-square-foot industrial building, located at 1415 N. Burton Place in Anaheim, from Lloyd Wells for $3.9 million. Grubb & Ellis’ Steve Sprenger and Scott Sanders represented the seller in the transaction, and Brett Blazicek of C & I Real Estate Consulting represented the buyer.

GARLAND, TEXAS — Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. has renewed leases totaling 113,790 square feet with two tenants in the Gateway East Business Center in Garland. Bearcom Operating signed a 91,200-square-foot flex renewal at 4009 Distribution Drive. The tenant represented itself in the transaction. M Solutions signed a 22,590-square-foot lease renewal for flex space at 4002 W. Miller Road. David Little Real Estate Co. represented the tenant. Susan Singer and Chris Stout of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in both transactions.
