THOMASTON, GA. — Yamaha Music Manufacturing has sold a 275,000-square-foot facility to Animal Health Sciences of Smyrna, Ga., for an undisclosed amount. The property, which Yamaha closed in 2007, is located on 75 acres in Thomaston. Arthur Barry of Macon, Ga.-based Coldwell Baker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry represented Yamaha in the deal.

PEWAUKEE, WIS. — Criticare Systems has acquired an industrial property, which is located at N7 W22025 Johnson Dr. in Pewaukee. Smiths Medical ASD sold the 52,670-square-foot facility for an undisclosed price. Dave Hazenfield, Sam Dickman Jr. and Samuel Dickman of The Dickman Company brokered the transaction.

WALLKILL, N.Y. — President Container Group (PCG) has acquired two industrial buildings located in Panattoni Business Center. The buildings total 522,000 square feet and are rail served. HOUSTON — GRA-Gulf Coast Construction has broken ground on a 115,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for the wooden pallet manufacturer Neopal in Houston. The property will be located on 13 acres at the intersection of Vickery and Aldine Bender. Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston represented the tenant in negotiations.
POMONA, CALIF. — Overton Moore Properties has sold a 132,655-square-foot industrial building, located at 2303 Mt. Vernon Ave. in Pomona, to Pearson Food Co. for an undisclosed amount. Including 7,500 square feet of office space, the state-of-the-art facility is the fourth and final building sold by OMP at Empire Gateway Business Center, which was completed in 2008. Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart Milligan, Phil Lombardo and Ty Newland represented OMP in the transaction, and David Wu of Grubb & Ellis represented the California-based buyer.
