Two LLC in its $17.75 million sale of Decatur Crossing II, a 140,596-square-foot industrial business park located at 6420, 6450 and 6480 S. Cameron Street in Las Vegas, to York Decatur Crossing LLC. Colliers’ Michael De Lew represented the seller in the transaction, and Jay and Brian Heller of Heller Cos. represented the buyer.

SAVANNAH, GA. — Maersk Distribution Services has leased 195,000 square feet of warehouse space from Duke Realty Corp. at 318 Grange Rd. in Savannah. The tenant is a U.S. division of Denmark-based Maersk Line, a shipping company. Brian Sutton of Duke Realty served as in-house representation for the company. ATLANTA — Display Fixture Warehouse has purchased a 157,000-square-foot warehouse from General Electric Capital for an undisclosed amount. The property is located at 4970 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta. Bradley Bays of King Industrial Realty represented the buyer. Lincoln Property Co.'s Denton Shamburger represented the landlord.
KANSAS CITY, KAN. — Prime Investments has leased 21,800 square feet of space to Sergeant’s Pet Care Products. The warehouse space is located at 10 Shawnee Ave. in Kansas City. Terms of the 3-year lease were not released. Paul Neal of Grindstone Industrial Properties brokered the transaction.
ARDMORE, OKLA. — Ardmore Business Park LLC has sold a 441,664-square-foot Best Buy Distribution center in Ardmore to Flanders Precisionaire for an estimated $7 million. The property was constructed in 1991. Best Buy vacated the facility to move into a new warehouse elsewhere in the city. Lee & Associates' Reid Bassinger and Trey Fricke represented the seller.
PHOENIX — Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial negotiated a 70,249-square-foot lease at Papago Industrial Park, located at 4441 West Polk St. in Phoenix. Kiser Harriss Chemical Distribution Centers signed a 3-year deal at Lincoln Property Co.’s 91,873-square-foot building, which is now 100 percent leased. Cassidy Turley’s Gary Anderson and John Pompay represented the tenant, a pool chemical company, in the transaction, and the firm’s Tony Lydon amd Marc Hertzberg joined Anderson in representing the landlord.

The building is situated on 2.7 acres at 41 Hammer Mill Road. C.S.B. International Products is the buyer and plans to use the site for its distribution operations.
