JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — The Paul and Eleanor Sade Trust has purchased a 254,297-square-foot warehouse property from Ascension I Jax for $10.65 million. The property is located at 6831-35 Stuart Ave. and 6830 Highway Ave. in Jacksonville. Miller International's Bob Miller represented the buyer in the transaction. Bobby Gatling, Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson of Grubb and Ellis|Phoenix Realty Group represented the seller.
TROY, MICH. — Joe DePonio of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International represented M.A.K.S. Inc. in the purchase of 17,514 square feet of industrial space at 1150 Rankin in Troy. The buyer is expanding to the new space to accommodate its new medical division. The seller and terms of the sale were not released.
EUREKA, MO. — Stamford, Conn.-based Cenevo Inc. has leased 220,000 square feet of industrial space at the former Visteon facility at 101 Workman Court in Eureka. Cenevo’s 10-year lease begins this fall. Bob Staniforth of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction. Staniforth is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
DALLAS — A-1 Freemen Hill Country has sold a 120,596-square-foot warehouse to 10777 Shady Trail Properties LLC for an undisclosed amount. The property is located at 10777 Shady Trail in Dallas. CB Richard Ellis' David Easterling, Steve Berger and Sarah Carter represented the seller. TIG Real Estate Services' Tom Smolik represented the buyer.
CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF. — Voit Real Estate Services has negotiated the $5.7 million acquisition of an 85,053-square-foot industrial property located at 900 Ajax Ave. in the City of Industry. Voit’s Mike Boomer, Joe Miller and Stan Kwak represented the buyer, SH Trading Inc., in the transaction, and Lee & Associates’ Anthony Brent represented the seller, 900 Ajax Properties LLC.

MONROE, OHIO — Appleton Papers has signed 219,648 square feet at Monroe Logistics Center Building A, which is located at 1025 Logistics Way in Monroe. The carbonless, thermal and security paper manufacturer plans to occupy the industrial property in October. The building features skylights, 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 60-foot bays, employee and trailer parking, and ESFR sprinklers. PHILADELPHIA — Binswanger has brokered the sale of a Philadelphia industrial property. The building contains 170,105 square feet of warehouse and distribution space, and it is located at 4518 Tacony St. The buyer was BDDW, and the seller was a subsidiary of Glenn Distributors Corp. Frank Cullen of Binswanger negotiated the transaction. The acquisition price was undisclosed.
JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Greiner-Maltz has arranged the $3.5 million sale of a Jersey City industrial building. The 45,000-square-foot, rail-served distribution facility is located at 107 Industrial Drive. The buyer, Starr Snacks, currently occupies the adjacent property, which it uses as a manufacturing facility. Raymond Musalo of Greiner-Maltz represented the buyer in the deal. William Waxman and Nicholas Nitti of CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed seller.
