The property, which opened in November 2009, includes 585 storage units. Steve Mellon of Grubb & Ellis and Page Partners' Joshua Jacobs brokered the sale.

BRASELTON, GA. — TranSouth Logistics has leased 190,000 square feet of warehouse space from Atlanta Property Group in Braselton. The 455,000-square-foot property is located at 1001 Cherry Drive. Bill Buist and Price Weaver of Colliers International represented the landlord.
MIAMI — BlackRock Realty has leased 144,000 square feet to Econocaribe Consolidators in the Airport East Distribution Center in Miami. The warehouse is located at 7000 NW 32nd Ave. The 50-year-old Airport East Distribution Center spans 400,000 square feet. The tenant is relocating one of its freight-forwarding operations from another Miami address. Grubb & Ellis brokered the lease.
FOREST PARK, GA. — TricorBraun has signed a 125,000-square-foot warehouse lease with DCT Industrial in Atlanta's airport submarket. The property is located at 260 Southfield Parkway in Forest Park. MADISON, WIS. — US Oil Co. has leased 121,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space in Madison. Located at 4722 Helgesen Drive, the upgraded and renovated high-bay warehouse offers easy access to the Beltline Highway and 90 and 94 interstates. Chase Brieman of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, True North Investments, in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not released.
FONTANA, CALIF. — Grubb & Ellis has brokered the $5.1 million purchase of a 90,250-square-foot manufacturing building located at 13470 Philadelphia Ave. in Fontana. Built in 1998, the freestanding building is situated on approximately 6.2 acres of land within close proximity of State Route 60 and Interstate 15. Grubb & Ellis’ Brad Yates represented the buyer, Crown Cedar, in the transaction, and CB Richard Ellis’ Kevin McKenna represented the seller, Operating Engineers Fund LLC.
BRANDYWINE, MD. — Exeter Property Group has purchased a 393,440-square-foot warehouse from Capital Development Co. of Lacey, Wash., for $11 million. Located at 14301 Mattawoman Drive, the property was formerly occupied by Circuit City and is currently leased by hhgregg. Matthew Laraway and Ned Brady of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — An undisclosed buyer has purchased Willow Lake Tech Center, a multi-unit flex office/industrial property located in Schaumburg. Situated on 6.75 acres at 400 E. State Parkway, the 104,191-square-foot property sold for $6.6 million. John Abuja and Nicholas Kinney of Marcus & Millichap secured and represented the buyer; Abuja also represented the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer obtained 5-year financing on the asset.
