The property is located within Washington Business Park at 9800 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in Lanham. CB Richard Ellis' Adam Weidner represented the buyer. Bearcom Operating signed a 91,200-square-foot flex renewal at 4009 Distribution Drive. The tenant represented itself in the transaction. M Solutions signed a 22,590-square-foot lease renewal for flex space at 4002 W. Miller Road. David Little Real Estate Co. represented the tenant. Joseph McDermott and Vincent Ranalli of CB Richard Ellis brokered the lease, which carries a 7-year term. The landlord is RREEF.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — ConAgra Grocery Products Co. has sold a 211,743-square-foot warehouse to Allen's Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The property is located at 1734 E. El Paso St. in Fort Worth. CB Richard Ellis' David Sours, Kevin Kelly, Tim Vogds and Bob Scully represented the seller.
