Douglas Hedrick of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group represented the tenant; Phillip Algrim and Eric Lund of NAI Capital Realty represented the landlord, RREEF American REIT, in the transaction.

BOSTON — DPI Mid Atlantic has signed a lease for 102,000 square feet of warehouse space at 135 Will Drive in Boston's South submarket. The property features rail access, up to 30-foot clear ceiling heights and can accommodate tenants from 100,000 to 406,000 square feet. Robert Gibson and Edward Jarosz of CB Richard Ellis represented DPI in lease negotiations. The landlord, JF&S Realty, was represented by J.P. Plunkett, J.R. McDonald and Ned Havern of Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts.

DALLAS — TIG Real Estate Services has arranged two leases for office/warehouse space in Dallas. TIG's Jerod Hangartner and Tom Smolik represented the landlord, Anthony Interrante, in a lease for 26,291 square feet of office/warehouse space at 8925 Premier Row. Mercer Company represented the tenant, Tom Addis Productions. TIG also negotiated a lease for 20,011 square feet of office/warehouse space at 11460 Hillguard Rd. to tenant Eco Freash USA. TIG's Michael Grant and Ryan Wolcott represented the landlord, RREEF.

MIAMI — Herndon, Va.-based Cambridge Development Group will break ground on a $47 million regional testing laboratory for the Drug Enforcement Agency in February. The Government Services Administration has signed a 20-year lease for the property, which will be located in the Beacon Lakes Business Park in Miami. DEA South Fl., a joint venture between Galaxy Investments and Halle Enterprises, has already purchased 9 acres of land for the development. Gary McGlynn of NorthMarq Capital arranged construction financing for the project through M&T Bank. Construction is expected to take 15 months.

BALTIMORE — Computer Donation Management has signed a 100,700-square-foot warehouse lease with 500 North Point Associates in Baltimore. The company will move into the property, which is located at 500 N. Point Boulevard, in January. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Millhauser and Tim Jackson represented the tenant. Justin Mohler of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has completed a 180,000-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Wistron Info Comm Co. in Grapevine. The communication technology manufacturer will occupy space within DFW Trade Center, which is located at 4051 N. State Highway 121, for approximately 10.5 years. Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger of the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Cannon Green and Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, DCT Industrial Trust.

PHOENIX — CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has negotiated the $3.88 million sale of a 77,778-square-foot single-tenant warehouse located at 824 E. University Dr. in Phoenix. CBRE’s Joe Porter, Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy represented the seller, RGR Development Corp., in the transaction. Represented by Bill Hudson of Ross Property Advisers and Sperry Van Ness’ Adam Lopez, the buyer, Majik Ventures LLC, plans to relocate to the new building in August.

FLORENCE, S.C. — Monster.com, the global online career and recruitment resource, has opened a 75,000-square-foot customer service facility in Florence. Developed by Columbia, S.C.-based Red Rock Developments, the facility is located at 2701 Alex Lee Blvd. The company currently employs 150 full-time workers in the building, with room to grow staff over time.

EDGEWOOD, N.Y. — Island Technology has acquired a 35,000-square-foot industrial building in Edgewood for $3.12 million. The facility is located within Heartland Business Park at 131 Heartland Blvd. It features 20-foot clear ceiling heights, three loading docks and one drive-in door. Island Technology, which recently launched a solar power subsidiary, plans to install one of its solar energy systems in the building for demonstration to clients. The company is relocating from a 10,000-square-foot leased facility in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. Richard Cohen of Hauppauge, N.Y.-based Ashlind Properties represented Island Technology in the purchase. The undisclosed seller was represented by Jeff Schwartzberg and Chris Costa of Sutton & Edwards, and Ron Lazar and Phil Shwom of Schacker Real Estate.
