FALMOUTH AND FAIRHAVEN, MASS. — Boston-based Fantini & Gorga has arranged $6.28 million for the acquisition of a self-storage portfolio located in Massachusetts. The properties include a 749-unit self-storage facility located on Teaticket Highway in Falmouth and a 337-unit property located on Lambeth Park Road in Fairhaven. The borrower is Storage Opportunities Partners and the lender is a Massachusetts-based community bank. Terms of the loan were not released.

HOUSTON — KDC has leased a total of 40,600 square feet of industrial space at Ellington Trade Center, the company's 50-acre, 513,000-square-foot industrial park located at 12554 Highway 3 in Houston. Goodman Distribution Inc. signed a lease for 25,300 square feet and the Houston Chronicle signed a lease for 15,300 square feet. John Ferruzzo, Griff Bandy and Jon Michael of NAI Houston represented KDC in lease negotiations. Valerie Palmquist of Transwestern represented the Houston Chronicle, and Shirley Laymance of Mohr Partners represented Goodman Distribution. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.
GRAND PRAIRIE AND DESOTO, TEXAS — Dallas-based Bradford Companies/CORFAC International has brokered two Texas industrial leases. In Grand Prairie, APT Transportation signed a lease for 20,007 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 1336 W. North Carrier Parkway. Bradford's Jason Miller and Brian Pafford represented the tenant. The landlord was Hesco Southwest Inc. In DeSoto, Optimum Packaging signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of light industrial space within Falcon Centre at 1701 Falcon Drive. Pafford, along with Bradford's Michael Spain, represented the landlord, Owens Brothers Enterprises. VIP Realty represented the tenant. Terms of both leases were not disclosed.
ANAHEIM, CALIF. — DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has represented The Ducoing Family Trust in its $4.075 million acquisition of a 26,400-square-foot industrial building located at 1251 N. Jefferson Ave. in Anaheim. DAUM’s Chris Migliori represented the buyer in the transaction, and Voit Commercial represented the seller.
AVON, MASS. — The Stubbledine Company/CORFAC International has negotiated the sale of a 22,000-square-foot industrial building located in Avon for $1.15 million. The building is situated on 1.45 acres at 244 Bodwell St. It was constructed in 1976 and features on-grade loading. Micah Stubbledine and Donald Humpton of The Stubbledine Company represented the seller, Titan Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, 244 Bodwell LLC.
SAN ANTONIO — Denver-based ProLogis has leased the last building at its Eisenhauer 35 Distribution Center in San Antonio, bringing the industrial park to full occupancy. Texas-based Millennium Distribution signed a lease for 52,800 square feet at Building Seven. Additionally, Las Vegas L.A. Express signed a lease for the remaining 44,000 square feet in the building. Eisenhauer 35 consists of seven buildings totaling 835,000 square feet of distribution space. Other tenants at the park include Kimberly-Clark, Tire Centers, GE Supply Co., Children's Hunger Fund, T.A.S. Air Cargo, Applied Indsutrial Technologies and Impact Floors of Texas.
ORANGE, CALIF. — DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services handled the $2.83 million purchase of a 29,800-square-foot industrial building located at 671 N. Poplar St. in Orange. DAUM’s Chris Migliori represented Bernie Smokowski in the purchase of the property from Gallegos Brothers II LLC, which was respresented by Lee & Associates.
MT. PLEASANT, WIS. — Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Maysteel has selected Principle Construction Corp. to complete the company’s 40,742-square-foot build-out project at Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant, which is located at 1400 International Dr. in Mt. Pleasant. The facility will feature a 1,600-amp service, T5 lighting and 2,000 square feet of office space. Cornerstone Architects is providing architectural services for the project, which is slated for completion by the end of the year. HSA Commercial Real Estate owns Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant, a 125,000-square-foot industrial building.
MADISON HEIGHTS, MICH. — Design Fabrications has signed a lease for 78,013 square feet of industrial space at 1100 E. Mandoline in Madison Heights. The retail design solutions company plans to use the space for production and distribution. Matt Osiecki and Keith Johnson of CB Richard Ellis Detroit represented the tenant. The landlord is First Industrial Acquisition.
CHELMSFORD, MASS. — The RAM Companies has acquired 10 Industrial Drive, an 84,000-square-foot industrial property located in Chelmsford. The facility is leased on a long-term basis to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The building was first constructed in 2004 for the current tenant. RAM acquired the property from New Boston Fund for an undisclosed amount.
