Located at 7550-60 Quincy St., the property features a 5,000-square-foot office build-out, two truck docks and 45 car parking spaces. Mike Robbins and Ben Cremer of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer; Pat Stanton of Patrick Commercial represented the undisclosed seller. The acquisition price was not released.

AVON, MASS. — Logan Furniture has acquired a 127,600-square-foot warehouse/office property located within Avon Industrial Park in Avon. The single-story building is situated on 7.05 acres at 1 Kiddie Drive. It features 24-foot clear ceiling heights. Logan Furniture plans to use the building to house its headquarters and warehouse operations. It will relocate from nearby Braintree, Mass. Ned Halloran of the Boston office of Lincoln Property Co. represented Logan Furniture in the acquisition. Bill Bailey, Rick Schuhwerk and Tony Coskren of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, EPC Avon LLC. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
HOUSTON — Houston-based Holt Lunsford Commercial has arranged the sale of a 22,000-square-foot office/warehouse flex property located in Houston. The building is situated on 1 acre at 3616 Pinemont Drive/ Clay Pritchett and Troy Collins of Holt Lunsford represented the seller, Kevlor Management. The buyer, Howell Adkins, did not utilize outside representation. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
SAN LEANDRO, CALIF. — Jones Lang LaSalle has represented Simmons Bedding Co. in a 5-year, 236,500-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 1700 Fairway Dr. in San Leandro. In the transaction, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Kevin Ahaesy, Jason Ovadia and Paul Roeser represented Atlanta-based Simmons, which operates 21 bedding manufacturing facilities across the United States.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Rehrig Pacific Holdings has signed a 50,400-square-foot lease renewal with Boston-based AMB Property in Orlando. The industrial property is located at 7452 Presidents Dr. Robert Blackwell, Sean DuPree and Jim Murr of Maitland, Fla.-based NAI Realvest represented the tenant. Erik Schwetje of CB Richard Ellis’ Orlando office represented AMB Property.
CUYAHOGA HEIGHTS, OHIO — Premier Produce, Cleveland’s leading supplier of produce, has purchased a 42,008-square-foot warehouse facility. The company plans to relocate to the facility at 4500 Willow Parkway in Cuyahoga Heights. Kevin Kuczynski of Colliers Cleveland represented the buyer; Scott Garson of NAI Daus represented the seller, W.W. Polymer Distribution, in the transaction. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
MUNDELEIN, ILL. — Deringer-Ney, a manufacturer of alloys, metal components, insert moldings and part assemblies, has completed the disposition of a 10.16-acre land parcel in Mundelein. Located at 1250 Townline Rd., the parcel was purchased by Medline Industrial for an undisclosed price. CB Richard Ellis’ Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham brokered the deal.
ALSIP, ILL. — AIM Fiber, a manufacturer of acoustical and insulation products for the automotive and appliance industries, has signed a long-term lease for 106,933 square feet of industrial space at 11939 S. Central in Alsip. Chris Gary of Darwin Realty & Development Corp., along with Jeff Moore of Southern Investors Realty, represented the tenant; Gary and Ryan Hanley of Darwin Realty represented the landlord, First Industrial, in the transaction. Additional terms of the lease were not disclosed.
RONKONKOMA, N.Y. — Corporate Transport Express (CTE) has completed the sale and subsequent leaseback of its 64,224-square-foot industrial property located in Ronkonkoma for $4.82 million. The facility is located at 845 S. 1st St.; CTE will lease approximately 30,000 square feet from the buyer, DEA Products. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented the buyer. Doug Donatelli of Metro Realty Services represented the seller. Ashlind Properties is also handling the sale of DEA's old building located in Holbrook, N.Y.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has completed the lease of 138,500 square feet of industrial space at 6401 Will Rogers Blvd. in Fort Worth. The tenant is Core-Mark International, a marketer of supply solutions for the convenience retail industry. Trey Fricke of Lee & Associates' Dallas/Fort Worth office, along with Clif Fincher of the firm's Orange County, Calif., office, represented Core-Mark in lease negotiations.
