Located on 35.3 acres at 258 Meadow St., the property consists of three buildings totaling 53,666 square feet. Peter Yee and Ross Montgomery of Redstone represented the seller, Lacillade Lumber Co., and procured the buyer, Osprey Holdings LLC/Poulin Lumber Inc.

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has negotiated Sun Hing Foods’ almost $10 million purchase of an 111,794-square-foot industrial property located at 14841 Don Julian Road in the City of Industry. Constructed in 2002, the distribution facility includes 12,104 square feet of modern office space and 21 dock-high truck-loading positions. Lee’s Adam Dzierzynski and Dennis Keane represented the buyer, a food wholesaler and distributor, in the transaction, and Colliers International’s Patrick Remolacio represented the seller, Bechler Corp.
BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Coldwell Banker Commercial | Feist & Feist has brokered the sale of a flex warehouse property in Bridgewater for $2.7 million. The property totals 24,000 square feet and is situated on approximately 4 acres at 125 Foothills Road. Peter Wisniewski of Feist & Feist was the sole broker in the deal between seller Peterson Industries and the undisclosed buyer.
SCHERTZ, TEXAS — Sysco Corp. has purchased 50 acres of land from San Antonio One L.P. in order to build a 635,000-square-foot distribution facility. The land is located on Schwab Road in Schertz. Sysco will consolidate two existing facilities in San Antonio and Round Rock into the new property, which is expected to be operational by this summer. Houston Commercial Real Estate's Bill McDade represented Sysco in the transaction. Kit Corbin of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller.
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Corpus Christi-based Beecroft Construction will break ground next month on a 150,000-square-foot facility in Corpus Christi for L&F Distributors. The property will be located on State Highway 44 between Clarkwood and Bockholt roads. L&F Distributors' new space will be twice as big as its current Corpus Christi location; the company will employ 175 workers in the new building. St. Louis-based S.M. Wilson and Co. is also helping oversee the project. NAI Cravey Real Estate Services brokered the original land sale.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — National Presort Inc. has signed a lease with BCED Investments for a 100,875-square-foot warehouse in Fort Worth's CentrePort Business Park. The property is located at 14901 Trinity Blvd. The tenant will move into its new home from its current location on La Reunion Parkway in Dallas as soon as construction is finished. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Todd Lambeth represented the landlord. Art Daboub of Dallas-based Fortune Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
PORTLAND, ORE. — Capacity Commercial Group has represented Multi-Employer Property Trust in its long-term, 195,510-square-foot industrial lease to United Stationers Supply Company. USSC will occupy the space at Rivergate Corporate Center Building A, located at 14300 N. Lombard Street in Portland. Trammell Crow Co. developed the LEED-certified warehouse and distribution facility in 2008.
BLAINE, MINN. — Ryan Companies Inc. has completed the construction of a 25,011-square-foot building for Rasmussen College in Blaine. The $4.8 million project was designed by Mankato, Minn.-based Paulsen Architects. Slated to open this summer, the building will be part of Blaine Preserve Park.
BOLINGBROOK, ILL. — Jet Lithocolor Inc. has leased 94,118 square feet at 605 Territorial Drive, a 182,400-square-foot warehouse/manufacturing building within Remington Lakes Corporate Center in Bolingbrook. The facility features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, full climate control, concrete floors, 28 docks with 130-foot minimum truck court depths and 49-foot by 40-foot bays. Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois represented the tenant; Traci Buckingham and Grant Glattly of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, BPG Properties Ltd., in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
KANSAS CITY, KAN. — Tritz Pallet has leased an industrial property in Kansas City for an undisclosed price. Located at 30 Funston, the property offers 74,660 square feet of space. Prime Investments is the owner. Paul Neal of Grindstone Industrial Properties brokered the transaction. Terms of the lease were not released.
