SAN ANTONIO — Ranch Hand Truck Accessories/Croft Truck Equipment has signed a 28,242-square-foot lease with an undisclosed landlord in San Antonio. The company will move into the property, which is located at 2625 Broadway, this April. Stream Realty Partners' Jason Schnittger represented Ranch Hand in the lease. Michael McMahon of McMahon Properties represented the landlord.

CHICAGO — Chicago Industrial Real Estate has closed three deals in Chicago. In the first transaction, Ben Shapiro purchased a 6,520-square-foot industrial property at 438 W. 43rd St. in Chicago for an undisclosed price. Matt Rogatz and Colin Green of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented the seller, WHL Properties, in the transaction. In the second transaction, Rogatz and Green represented landlord 5701 Claremont Building Corp. in the lease transaction of 13,500 square feet at 2301 W. 57th St. in Chicago. Rusber Garcia leased the space for an undisclosed price. Finally, New Jersey-based National Mirco Rental leased 5,500 square feet of industrial space at 2101 S. Peoria in Chicago. Rogatz and Cesar Alvarez of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented the undisclosed owner; Tracy Gola of Prudential Rubloff Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.

PLANO, TEXAS — KBS REIT II has purchased a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 283,559 square feet from a private seller for an undisclosed amount. The space is located in the E, F and G buildings of the Plano Business Park in Plano. IDI developed the properties, which are 94 percent leased to seven tenants, in 2001. KBS Realty Advisors represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis' Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor represented the seller.

CORONA, CALIF. — Panattoni Development Co. has sold the 168,450-square-foot West Corona Corporate Center, a warehouse and manufacturing facility located at 1346 Railroad in Corona, to action-sports apparel retailer, Zumiez Inc., for $11.9 million. Cushman & Wakefield’S Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Peter Sowa and Brett Lockwood represented Panattoni in the transaction, and Greg Gil and Erik Hernandez of Lee & Associates represented the Everett, Wash.-based buyer, which will relocate to the new facility in the summer. Completed in June 2009, West Corona Corporate Center is LEED Silver certified.

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. — East Lansing, Mich.-based Mill Steel has leased 122,000 square feet of warehouse space from an undisclosed landlord at the Birmingham Food Terminal and Distribution Center. The company will generate 30 new jobs at the Birmingham facility. EGS Commercial Real Estate's Marc Eason represented the landlord in the lease. John Clisby of Engel Realty Co. represented Mill Steel.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Emco Chemical Distributors Inc. has acquired a 259,580-square-foot industrial warehouse building in Pleasant Prairie for an undisclosed price. Located at 8601 95th Ave. within LakeView Corporate Park East, the property is a rail-served manufacturing/warehouse built in 1991 with additions in 1997. Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham brokered the transaction. The seller was Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc.

HOUSTON — Cadeco Industries has leased 154,114 square feet of warehouse space from EastGroup Properties in Houston's Lockwood Distribution Center. Located at 1060 Lockwood Drive, the property is close to East Interstate 10 and Loop 610. Grubb & Ellis' Doug Nicholson and John Nicholson represented the tenant. InSite Realty Partners' Rives Nolan represented the landlord.

The facility offers immediate access to Interstates 215 and 10. Cushman & Wakefield’s Phil Lombardo and John McMillan represent the buyer, and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mike McCrary and Peter McWilliams represented the seller.

CARSON, CALIF. — Grubb & Ellis has represented Epson America in its 180,000-square-foot, 68-month lease renewal at the Dominguez Technology Center, a Class A industrial building located at 18300 Central Ave. in Carson. The tenant has fully occupied the property since it was built in 2000. Grubb & Ellis’ Jim Biondi, Terry Reitz and Gerald Kim represented Epson in the transaction, and the property owner, Carson Dominguez Properties L.P., represented itself.
