Consisting of 45 industrial condominium units situated on approximately 9 acres of land, Rexford’s acquisition came directly from the lender out of foreclosure in an off-market transaction.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Legrand Holdings has leased 332,000 square feet of warehouse space from ProLogis in the firm’s 559,000-square-foot Carowinds Distribution Center in Charlotte. Legrand will use the space to support its North American line of electrical installation and information networks products. CHESAPEAKE, VA. — Jimalee has purchased a 30,500-square-foot warehouse from Old Dill Road LLC for $2.24 million. The property is spread across 3 acres at 3728 Profit Way in Chesapeake. LEE’S SUMMIT AND KANSAS CITY, MO. — Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group has negotiated two sale transactions in Missouri. In the first transaction, Patrick and Kayla Hogue sold 16,680 square feet of industrial space, which is located at 1807 SW Market St. in Lee’s Summit, to I.O.P. LLC for an undisclosed amount. Douglas Hedrick and John Delzer of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group represented the seller in the transaction. In the second deal, DST Realty and Infra-Park Inc. sold 10,772 square feet of land to Walnut Creek Ranch LLC for an undisclosed price. KANSAS CITY, KAN. —Grindstone Industrial Properties brokered the lease of an industrial property in Kansas City. Brauer Supply Company leased of 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 62 S. HOUSTON — Gulfstream Properties has brokered the sale of an approximately 2-acre land parcel located at 2003 Voss Rd. in Houston. The buyer, Houston-based Community Self-Storage IV LP, plans to build a 200,000-square-foot storage facility on the property. Andy Aronson of Gulfstream represented the buyer. The seller was Gables Residential. The purchase price was not released.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — US Screen Corp. dba SI Screens has signed a lease for a single-story, 22,206-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 2105 Denton Dr. in Austin. The company will use the space to produce projection screens. It has already taken partial occupancy and will complete its relocation at the end of the month pending the completion of tenant improvements. SI Screens is relocating from a 14,777-square-foot facility located at 11110 Metric Blvd., also in Austin. Su Kosub of Grubb & Ellis represented US Screen Corp. in lease negotiations. The property consists of a freestanding 8,500-square-foot office building, an approximately 19,000-square-foot maintenance facility and a 10,000-gallon diesel fueling station.
