Travis Land and Michael Keegan of NAI Houston represented the tenant, Massey Industries, in lease negotiations. Barrett Gibson of Gibson & Granello Realty Partners represented the landlord, 117 Palmer, Ltd. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

JOLIET, ILL. — Long Beach, Calif.-based California Cartage Co. has signed a lease for 374,460 square feet of industrial space at 251 Laraway Rd. within Laraway Crossings Business Park in Joliet. The transportation and logistics firm is relocating and expanding from its current location in Elwood, Ill. The building features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 40 exterior truck docks, parking for 155 cars and 81 trailers, an ESFR sprinkler system, 98,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and T5 lighting. CHICAGO — Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International has completed two industrial leases in Chicago. Cream Wine Co. has leased 12,500 square feet of space at 2455 S. Damen Ave. in Chicago. The 110,000-square-foot facility features access to Interstate 55, proximity to downtown Chicago, 30-foot clear ceiling heights and an ESFR sprinkler system. Edward Wabick, Michael Nelson and Mark Nelson of Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented the undisclosed landlord; Paul Broderick and Brad Borkowski of HSA Commercial represented the tenant. Additionally, Enterprise Leasing Co. inked a deal for 8,435 square feet of space at 1224 S. Western Ave. in Chicago. In the first transaction, Ram Tool & Supply Co. has signed a lease for 61,229 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at Southport Business Park, which is located on South Loop. CBRE's John Simons represented Ram. John Kruse of Holt Lunsford represented the undisclosed landlord. In the second transaction, Terrapin Tire has renewed its lease for 27,000 square feet of warehouse space at Interpark Rankin Business Park, which is located at 1922 Rankin Rd. CBRE's Patrick Rollings represented the tenant. Tommy Brummett of Brummett & CO. represented the landlord, 1029 Interpark Rankin Associates, Ltd.
RENO, NEV. — ITS Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, has renewed its lease of 176,000 square feet of distribution space at ProLogis’ West Spice Industrial Park in Reno. ITS will continue to occupy the space at Building 16 of the master-planned distribution park, which is located approximately two miles south of Interstate 80 off McCarran Boulevard.
ONTARIO, CALIF. — Belmont & Grove Land Holdings LLC, a division of Panattoni Development Company, has secured a 63-month lease of 101,690 square feet of industrial space at 1110 S. Mildred Ave. in Ontario. The lessee was represented by Grubb & Ellis’ Roger Rhoades, Milo Lipson and Michael Arens. CB Richard Ellis represented Office Master Inc., the lessor, in the transaction.
WOOD DALE, ILL. — Horizon Logistics, dba Itasca, Ill.-based Seko Worldwide, has leased 39,322 square feet of industrial space at 101 Mark St. in Wood Dale. The tenant is expanding and relocating from 1470 Thorndale Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The 177,014-square-foot facility, which Seko will occupy, features 7,986 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, five exterior docks and one drive-in door. Elise Couston, Theresa Gleason and Patrick Fitzgerald of Paine/Wetzel•ONCOR International represented the tenant; Kevin Segerson of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Invesco.
NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. — Richard Barry Joyce & Partners (RBJ) has brokered a 342,900-square-foot industrial lease in Northborough. FedEx Corp. has renewed its lease for 180,200 square feet at One Beeman Rd. and expanded into the remainder of the building with the leasing of an additional 162,700 square feet. The company uses the building as a warehouse and distribution facility for FedEx SmartPost. RBJ's John Lasher and Paul Leone represented the landlord, MM Industrial Beeman Road LLC. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
AURORA, ILL. — Bridge Development Partners leased 55,000 square feet at its Park Butterfield property, which is located at 3557 Butterfield Rd. in Aurora, to Chicago-based InnerWorkings Inc. The tenant plans to consolidate two locations in Naperville and Carol Stream, Ill., to the Park Butterfield property. Bridge is currently completing 5,000 square feet of build out of office space for the tenant. Occupancy is scheduled for October. Scott Kulberg of Studley Inc. represented InnerWorkings; Steve Connolly, Mark Moran and Dan Wilkins of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based NAI Hiffman represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
SKOKIE, ILL. — Vetter Development Services USA Inc. has signed a long-term lease at the Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie. Headquartered in Ravensburg, Germany, the global biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing company plans to occupy approximately 25,000 square feet at 8025 Lamon Ave. within the park. Forest City Science + Technology Group developed the 23-acre corporate office and research campus, which offers 660,000 square feet of space. Additional details of the transaction were not disclosed.
