WALLKILL, N.Y. — President Container Group (PCG) has acquired two industrial buildings located in Panattoni Business Center. The buildings total 522,000 square feet and are rail served. POMONA, CALIF. — Overton Moore Properties has sold a 132,655-square-foot industrial building, located at 2303 Mt. Vernon Ave. in Pomona, to Pearson Food Co. for an undisclosed amount. Including 7,500 square feet of office space, the state-of-the-art facility is the fourth and final building sold by OMP at Empire Gateway Business Center, which was completed in 2008. Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart Milligan, Phil Lombardo and Ty Newland represented OMP in the transaction, and David Wu of Grubb & Ellis represented the California-based buyer.
