GEORGIA — ProLogis has leased 222,000 square feet of warehouse space to two tenants in Georgia. The firm leased 115,000 square feet to Innotrac Corp. at Progress Distribution Center Building One in Lawrenceville, Ga. Auto Metal Direct has also leased 107,000 square feet from ProLogis at Buford Distribution Center Building One in Buford, Ga.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Eisenberg Investment Group has purchased a 125,775-square-foot warehouse from an undisclosed seller for $7.3 million. The property is located in the Beeline Industrial Park at 8751 Skinner Court in Orlando. Deborah Mickler and Forrest Askew of Colliers Arnold's Orlando office brokered the deal.
ELGIN, ILL. — Ryan Cos. US has completed the disposition of a 100,294-square-foot industrial building, which is located within Randall Crossings Business Park in Elgin. Siegle Investments acquired the property, which is fully leased by Boston-based Iron Mountain. Located at 2755 Alft Lane, the property features 5 percent office space, eight exterior docks (expandable to 22), two drive-in doors, 30-foot clear ceiling heights and an ESFR sprinkler system. Ken Franzese and John Cassidy of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Financial terms of the transaction were not released.
MILWAUKEE — Lombard, Ill.-based Avgeris & Associates has purchased a 172,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Milwaukee for an undisclosed price. As part of the sale/leaseback transaction, Avgeris negotiated a 20-year lease with the current tenant, an undisclosed Milwaukee-based company. Sam Dickman of The Dickman Company represented the tenant in the transaction. The lender was Chicago-based Metropolitan Capital Bank.
EL PASO, TEXAS — ProLogis has leased 354,000 square feet of distribution space in El Paso to CEVA Logistics. The supply chain company will occupy space within Vista Del Sol Industrial Center III, which is located on Loma Verde Drive near El Paso International Airport. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. CEVA now occupies approximately 4.9 million square feet of ProLogis distribution space across North America and Europe.
REDLANDS, CALIF. — BlackRock has sold the Pioneer Industrial Center, a 390,780-square-foot Class A warehouse and distribution building located at 9425 Nevada St. in Redlands, to Sares-Regis Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Cole, Chuck Belden and Ed Hernandez represented both the buyer and seller. Built in 2007, Pioneer Industrial Center is 52 percent leased to Sleep Innovations, a national bedding manufacturer.
ORLANDO, FLA. — AMB Property has sold a 201,600-square-foot distribution facility to High Street Real Estate Fund III for an undisclosed amount. The property, which is fully leased to Walgreen Co., is located at 7575 Chancellor Dr. in Orlando. David Murphy of CB Richard Ellis’ Orlando office and Frank Fallon, Chris Riley and Brian Budnick of the firm’s Atlanta office represented the seller.
TAMARAC, FLA. — KSM Electronics has leased 42,000 square feet of warehouse space from Principal Life Insurance Co. in the firm’s Westpoint Distribution Center. The property is located on Hiatus Road in Tamarac. Colliers Abood Wood-Fay represented KSM Electronics. Butters Realty & Management represented the landlord.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has completed the sale of a 203,822-square-foot office/warehouse property located in Fort Worth. The building is situated at on 7.8 acres at 7410 Pebble Dr. within the 97-acre Riverbend Tech Center. The buyer, locally based Nuclear Logistics, plans to consolidate four of its area offices into the new building, which will also provide room for expansion. The seller was locally based Klabzuba Oil & Gas. Todd Lambeth of Bradford was the sole broker in the transaction. The acquisition price was not released.
ROANOKE, TEXAS — United Supermarkets has acquired 15 acres with the Alliance Global Logistics Hub for the construction of a new distribution center. The facility will total 200,000 square feet and will be located on Freedom Drive in Roanoke. Site preparation work will begin by mid-November, with completion expected in September 2010. The project will be developed and operated by Exel, which already operates another United distribution center in Lubbock, Texas. The new facility will mark United's second distribution center in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Dan Cook of Cushman & Wakefield represented United in negotiations for the land purchase; the owner of Alliance, Hillwood Properties, was represented in-house by Tony Crème.
