Kirk Cole of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction, and CB Richard Ellis’ Steve Wagner of represented the seller, Sundown Real Estate Partners.

WHITE HOUSE, TENN. — OBG Distribution Co. has purchased a 270,589-square-foot distribution facility from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The property spans 30 acres at 605 Highway 76 in White House. Philadelphia-based Hart Co. and NAI Nashville joined together to represent the seller.
OCALA, FLA. — MEC Holdings has purchased a 495-acre industrial land parcel from Ocala 489 for $8.1 million. The unimproved land is located at the interchange of Interstate 75 and U.S. Highway 27 in Ocala. David Murphy and Kevin Hoover of CB Richard Ellis’ Orlando, Fla., office represented the seller.
BREINIGSVILLE , PA. — St. Augustine, Fla.-based Tree of Life has signed a lease for 311,928 square feet of distribution space in Breinigsville. The natural and organic foods distributor will occupy space within a 604,000-square-foot facility that is located at 860 Nestle Way within Lehigh Valley West Industrial Park. The building is cross docked and features 32-foot clear ceiling heights and trailer storage space. Kim Meincke, Brian Knowles and John Van Buskirk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Tree of Life in lease negotiations. The landlord, Liberty Property Trust, was represented by Colliers Lanard & Axilbund. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
DALLAS — The Dallas office of Grubb & Ellis has completed the sale of a 50,000-square-foot industrial building located at 2607 Vinson St. in Dallas. Grubb & Ellis' Gary Lindsey represented the buyer, Federal Resources Inc., as well as the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
LEXINGTON, KY. — American Home Design has purchased a 39,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom from Shareco Investors for $2.22 million. The property is located on 2.3 acres at 163 Old Todds Rd. in Lexington. Lykins Realty’s Jerod Hagen represented the buyer. Paul Ray Smith and Bruce Issac of NAI Issac Commercial Properties represented the seller.
OLATHE, KAN. — BMJ Building Management has acquired an industrial building in Olathe for an undisclosed price. Located at 15765 S. Keeler, the property offers 27,840 square feet of industrial space. The seller was Mid-America Associates. Lynn Holcomb of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fishman & Co. brokered the transaction.
GARDEN GROVE, CALIF. — Corix Utilities U.S. Inc. has signed a 3-year lease for a 62,888-square-foot industrial property, and Bacozone Inc. has signed a 5-year lease on a 30,000-square-foot industrial property. Both properties are located in Garden Grove, and Voit Real Estate Services’ Mike Bouma represented both of the lessors — CRP II Monarch LLC and Kilroy Realty L.P, respectively — in the transactions. Voit’s Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner assisted on the latter lease.
HAMPTON, VA. — Valeo has leased 56,129 square feet of warehouse space from an undisclosed landlord in Hampton. The property is located at 301 W. Park Lane. Valeo, an automotive supplier, will use the space to distribute clutch kits and windshield wipers. Norfolk, Va.-based S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Stephanie Sanker and Richmond, Va.-based Thalhimer’s Clay Culbreth represented the tenant.
ELGIN, ILL. — Palatine, Ill.-based Weber-Stephen Products Co. has signed a long-term lease for a 250,000-square-foot industrial facility, located at 2500 Northwest Parkway within Northwest Corporate Park in Elgin. The company plans to use the facility as a supplementary distribution hub for its manufacturing plants in Palatine and Huntley, Ill. Weber-Stephen plans to completely occupy the building by the end of the year. The building features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 25 exterior loading docks, two drive-in doors, ESFR sprinkler systems and secured trailer parking. The building is owned through a fund of Dallas-based ING Clarion Partners. Noel Liston of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented the tenant; Andrew Lowe of ING Clarion represented the ownership in the transaction.
