DORAL, FLA. — PS Business Parks has completed work on 135,000 square feet of industrial space at the Miami International Commerce Center. The space, which is located at 8216 NW 14th St. in Doral, includes a 75,000-square-foot warehouse and the redevelopment of 60,000 square feet of street-level units. The center now encompasses more than 3.2 million square feet of industrial and flex space.
COATESVILLE, PA. — CB Richard Ellis has brokered the sale of a 150,000-square-foot distribution facility in Coatesville for $26.05 million. Located at at 201 Waverly Blvd., the building is occupied by Keystone Foods under a triple-net lease. The facility contains dry and refrigerated storage space, cold and dry docks, freezer storage and ceiling heights up to 30 feet. The seller was KS Coatesville PA and the buyer was a private investor. Andrew Sandquist, Robert Brennan, Jonathan Wolfe, Mike Hines and Michael Blunt, all of CB Richard Ellis, helped arranged the deal.
GARDENA, CALIF. — DCP Properties has acquired a 33,485-square-foot industrial property, located at 400-422 W. Rosecrans Ave. in Gardena, for $2.2 million. The Klabin Company/CORFAC International’s David Grote represented the seller, 400 W. Rosecrans LLC, in the transaction, and Brian Held of Grubb & Ellis represented the undisclosed buyers. Diversified Crating & Packaging will relocate to the two-building facility from nearby Carson.
CHICAGO — A private investor group has purchased a 75,475-square-foot industrial facility for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 9522 Winona Ave. in Chicago’s Schiller Park neighborhood. Tim Thompson and Brad Borkowski of HSA Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer; CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The sales price was not released.
NEW YORK CITY — Massey Knakal Realty Services has completed the sale of a 27,510-square-foot Brooklyn warehouse for $3 million. The two-story building is located at 158 Pioneer St. in the borough's Red Hook neighborhood. It features multiple loading bays, curb cuts and ceiling heights that go up to 40 feet. The building's second floor is office space. Massey Knakal 's Ken Freeman, John Ciraulo and Megan Flanagan arranged the deal between two undisclosed parties.
IRVINE, CALIF. — The Fazeli Family Trust purchased a 25,328-square-foot industrial/showroom building, located at 8645 Research Drive in Irvine, for $4.5 million. Grubb & Ellis’ Dave Kluver represented the buyer in the transaction, and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented the seller, McMahon Limited Partnership.
DALLAS — TR Pinnacle Corp. has renewed a 177,750-square-foot industrial lease to FedEx Smartpost in Dallas. The property is located at 4121 Pinnacle Point Drive. Corbin Crews of CB Richard Ellis represented TR Pinnacle in the lease.
CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Ultra Pure Solutions has leased 54,095 square feet of warehouse space from CRP Holdings B in Carrollton. The property is located at 1130 W. Jackson Road. Adam Graham and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates represented Ultra Pure. CB Richard Ellis' Corbin Crews represented the landlord.
MADISON, WIS. — US Oil Co. has leased 121,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space in Madison. Located at 4722 Helgesen Dr., the upgraded and renovated high-bay warehouse is situated in close proximity to the Beltline Highway and interstates 90 and 94. Chase Brieman of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, True North Investments, in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DETROIT — Fuji Property LLC has purchased 9,945 square feet of industrial space at 1515-1527 Division St. in Detroit. C and M Young LTD sold the property for an undisclosed price. Fuji Property is affiliated with Fuji Japanese Buffet in Madison Heights, Mich., and plans to use the building for warehouse space. Robert Frank of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
