The company will rebrand the property, which is located on 8.4 acres at 3401 South State Road 7, as a SmartStopSM Self Storage store. The property is currently 87 percent occupied. Marcus & Millichap's Charles LeClaire and Mike Mele brokered the sale.

CHICAGO — High Street Equity Advisors has acquired a seven-building industrial portfolio that is located throughout Chicago’s Greater O’Hare submarket. The 471,809-square-foot portfolio sold for an undisclosed price. The portfolio consists of first- and second-generation buildings, which are fully occupied by a diverse group of seven tenants. Michael Caprile, Ted Staszak, Pat McCourt and Stephanie Park of CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
BELVIDERE, ILL. — North Carolina-based New Breed Logistics has leased 50,000 square feet of distribution space in Belvidere. The third-party logistics company leased the space for an undisclosed price. Steven Tick of Podolsky Northstar and David Saltzman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant; Shane Van Sickle provided in-house representation for the landlord, LandMark Real Estate Group, in the transaction.
FENTON, MICH. — DMCD LLC has acquired an industrial property in Fenton for an undisclosed price. Located at 340 N. Fenway Dr., the property offers 74,919 square feet of industrial space. The buyer, a full service recycling company, plans to use the space for plastic, paper and cardboard recycling. SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. — Sunland Distribution has signed a 337,000-square-foot lease with Trinity Capital for space in the Trinity Commerce Center. The 610,000-square-foot property is located near the interchange of highways 276 and 385 in Simpsonville. Trinity Commerce Center is now fully occupied. The property, located at 4200 Railport Parkway in Midlothian, contains freezer and cooler sections and has ceilings that are 72 feet tall. The flex properties are located at 1000 Jupiter Road and 1825-1865 Summit Ave. in Plano. ViewPoint Bank financed the 5-year, fixed-rate loan.
CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the purchase and co-brokered the $6.59 million sale of an 81,250-square-foot industrial property located at 20465 Walnut Drive in the City of Industry. Lee’s Adam Dzierzynski and Dennis Keane represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction, and Lee’s Jack Cline and Peter Bacci joined with Kent Stalwick of CB Richard Ellis in representing the seller, Hager Pacific Properties.
