PHOENIX — Premier Lighting, a Southwest-based distributor of electrical fixtures and lighting supplies, has signed a 6-year lease for 17,064 square feet at Lincoln Sky Harbor, a multi-tenant, industrial project located at 2050, 2060 and 2070 S. 16th St. in Phoenix. The financial terms of the transaction were not released. Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy of CB Richard Ellis’ Phoenix office represented the landlord, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. The tenant was represented by Marc Hertzberg of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in Phoenix.

ATLANTA — Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sensormatic Electronics Corp. has signed a 5-year, 171,779-square-foot lease with Atlanta-based IDI for space in its WestPoint at Riverside Business Park development. Sensormatic will join Alston & Bird as a tenant in Building B, which is located at 2600 West Point Dr. in Atlanta. Tony Kepano and Peter Seward of CB Richard Ellis’ Atlanta office and Henry Johnson of the firm’s El Segundo, Calif., office represented the tenant.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — Kansas City-based Grindstone Industrial Properties has arranged the lease of 121,500 square feet of industrial space at 4700 Deramus Ave. in Kansas City. Paul Neal of Grindstone represented the landlord, Prime Investments. The tenant is Watts Water Technologies. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
WOODRIDGE, ILL. — Lizzadro Properties has completed a $1.4 million tenant build-out in Woodridge. The property is a flex building located at 10435 Argonne Woods Dr. The tenant, Traffic Control Corp. (TCC), will operate its corporate office, product assembly and warehouse/distribution operations out of the location for a 10-year term. Improvements to the building included a high-tech training room, a climate controlled assembly area, energy-efficient lighting with occupancy sensor controls, and a video surveillance system. The property was purchased in 2008 by a private investment group with the intention of leasing it to TCC. Louis Lizzadro of Lizzadro Real Estate LLC arranged the property purchase and subsequent lease. He also served as project manager during the tenant build-out and will serve as property manager for the completed building.
GLENDALE, WIS. — Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher has brokered the lease of 11,300 square feet of flex space at Glendale Corporate Center, located at 1720 W. Florist Ave. in Glendale. The property will be occupied by Fresh Start Counseling Center. The landlord is H&S Properties. The transaction was negotiated by John Dulmes, Daniel Walsh and Nikki Hawley, all of Siegel-Gallagher. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
JACKSON, TENN. — Carlisle Tire and Wheel has purchased an existing manufacturing facility in Jackson and plans to move its operations to town, creating a projected 440 new jobs. A division of Charlotte, N.C.-based Carlisle Cos., Tire and Wheel produces tires, inner tubes and wheels. The sale is expected to close in September.
ELKTON, MD. — Mitsubishi Chemicals has sold an 89,000-square-foot warehouse to the Delaware-based reactive plastics manufacturer Micropore for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 1000 Konica Dr. in Elkton. Matthew Laraway and Thomas Burns of Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore office represented the seller. Baltimore-based Manekin’s Greg Masi represented the buyer.
SAUK VILLAGE, ILL. — DP Partners has leased additional space to Appleton, Wis.-based Warehouse Specialists Inc. (WSI) at LogistiCenter at Sauk Village, the developer’s speculative industrial park located in Sauk Village. WSI’s expansion consists of 156,130 square feet within the Building A, a 496,260-square-foot, rail-served distribution center situated on 26.5 acres at 21751 Rasmussen Dr. Gerald Sullivan of Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented the tenant in lease negotiations. George Cibula, Chris Gary and Ryan Hanley of Darwin Realty & Development represented DP Partners. WSI first took occupancy at LogistiCenter in 2005. It already occupies 516,072 square feet within Building C, a 776,615-square-foot facility and the park’s first spec building to be completed.
HAYWARD, CALIF. — Jesse Lucas of Lee & Associates represented an undisclosed buyer in the acquisition of a two-building package warehouse, which is located at 27,317 and 27279 Industrial Blvd. in Hayward. LRF Properties sold the 66,612-square-foot property for $5.5 million. The seller was represented by BT Commercial.
TOLLESON, ARIZ. — First Industrial Realty Trust has leased 98,230 square feet of distribution space to Holsum Bakery, a subsidiary of Flowers Foods Inc. Located at 9180 W. Buckeye Rd. in Tolleson, the space will be used to distribute Holsum Bakery’s breads, buns and rolls to locations throughout Arizona and California. The cross-docked facility features 29-foot clear heights, space for future expansion, large truck courts, trailer parking, frontage on Buckeye Road and proximately to Interstate 10 and the Loop 101 freeway. Gordon Rasmussen of Martin Property Advisors, along with Joe Porter, Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy of CB Richard Ellis, brokered the transaction.
