In the first transaction, Patrick and Kayla Hogue sold 16,680 square feet of industrial space, which is located at 1807 SW Market St. in Lee’s Summit, to I.O.P. LLC for an undisclosed amount. Douglas Hedrick and John Delzer of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group represented the seller in the transaction. In the second deal, DST Realty and Infra-Park Inc. sold 10,772 square feet of land to Walnut Creek Ranch LLC for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 618 W. 13th St. and 1220 Pennsylvania St. in Kansas City. Patrick Coppinger of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group represented the seller.

KANSAS CITY, KAN. —Grindstone Industrial Properties brokered the lease of an industrial property in Kansas City. Brauer Supply Company leased of 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 62 S. James St. The value and terms of the lease were not disclosed. Pat Murfey of Grindstone Industrial Properties represented the landlord, Robert S. Ehinger Trust, in the transaction.
HOUSTON — Gulfstream Properties has brokered the sale of an approximately 2-acre land parcel located at 2003 Voss Rd. in Houston. The buyer, Houston-based Community Self-Storage IV LP, plans to build a 200,000-square-foot storage facility on the property. Andy Aronson of Gulfstream represented the buyer. The seller was Gables Residential. The purchase price was not released.
STERLING HEIGHTS, MICH. — Global Logistics Services LLC has leased a manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights for an undisclosed price. Located at 6300 Center Dr., the facility offers 65,728 square feet of space. Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic of Colliers International represented both parties in the transaction.
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Towne Investments has leased Towne Industrial IV at LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie to Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL). OHL plans to occupy the 51,540-square-foot building later this year. John Sharpe, Rick Delisle, Mike Prost and Sergio Chapa of Lee & Associates represented the landlord; J.D. Salazar of Champion Realty Advisors and Doug McDowell of ProVenture Commercial Real Estate represented OHL in the transaction.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — US Screen Corp. dba SI Screens has signed a lease for a single-story, 22,206-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 2105 Denton Dr. in Austin. The company will use the space to produce projection screens. It has already taken partial occupancy and will complete its relocation at the end of the month pending the completion of tenant improvements. SI Screens is relocating from a 14,777-square-foot facility located at 11110 Metric Blvd., also in Austin. Su Kosub of Grubb & Ellis represented US Screen Corp. in lease negotiations. RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIF. — Dedeaux Properties LLC has purchased the $6.5 million, approximately 10-acre, state-of-the-art transportation maintenance and trailer storage facility at 10801 Jersey Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga. The property consists of a freestanding 8,500-square-foot office building, an approximately 19,000-square-foot maintenance facility and a 10,000-gallon diesel fueling station. Brett Dedeaux, Rustin Mork and Anthony Dedeaux of Binswanger, Realty Advisory Group represented the buyer.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Hardin Construction has completed the 469,000-square-foot Restaurant Support Center for Darden Restaurants. The Orlando facilities was built to house 1,300 employees that originally worked at 12 different locations. From the new property, workers will support Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse and Seasons 52 restaurants throughout the country. The architecture firm Perkins + Will designed the space to LEED Gold NC requirements. Green features include efficient heating and air systems, automatic lighting and a reflective roof.
WINCHESTER, VA. — Winchester-based Melnor Corp. has signed a 110,000-square-foot lease with an undisclosed landlord for space in the Fort Collier Industrial Park. Melnor will move into the space, which is located at 260 Brooke Lane in Winchester, on November 1. Brokers from Sperry Van Ness’ Winchester office represented the tenant in the lease.
KENTLAND, IND. — Wolcott, Ind.-based Blue Pup LLC recently acquired a 104,455-square-foot manufacturing facility, which is located at 102 E. Bailie St. in Kentland. The building features 2,500 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, four dock doors, one drive-in door, a security system, heavy power, a maintenance garage and parking for 165 vehicles. The 32.7-acre site also allows for an expansion of an additional 200,000 square feet. The buyer plans to use the property as a receiving, assembly, packaging and shipping facility. James Wells of Zionsville, Ind.-based Honeycomb Properties represented the buyer; Frederick Block of Lake Bluff, Ill.-based Block Realty Advisors, along with Criss Horton of Indianapolis-based NAI Olympia Partners, represented the undisclosed seller.
