Clean Company, which does business as Towels By Doctor Joe. The space is owned and managed by The Bloom Organization. Dan Close of The Flynn Company was the sole broker in the transaction. The Landlord was represented in house.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Triad Warehouse Solutions has signed a lease with M. David Properties for 106,065 square feet of warehouse space in conjunction with a buyout of the property’s previous tenant. The space is located in the SilverLake IV building in Charlotte. Charlotte-based Piedmont Properties’ Lester Osborn and Scott Hensley represented Triad. Pete Pittroff and Brad Cherry of the local firm Keystone Partners represented the landlord, and Lane Holbert of Charlotte-based Colliers Pinkard represented Amsino International.

MASON, OHIO — Rhinestahl Corp., dba Mason Imagination, has acquired a 119,250-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 7687 Innovation Way in Mason. The buyer plans to relocate its operations from Blue Ash, Ohio, to Mason later this year. Chuck Ackerman and Bill Keefer of Grubb & Ellis|West Shell Commercial represented the buyer; Si Pitstick and Josh Young of Cincinnati Commercial Realtors, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield alliance, represented the seller, Werthbaier Properties, in the transaction. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

TAMPA, FLA. — Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Central Garden & Pet has signed a 5-year lease renewal with Exeter Property Group for 128,886 square feet of industrial space in Tampa. The property, located at 11316 N. 46th St., features 25-foot ceilings, fire sprinklers, seven cross docks and 170 parking spaces. Todd Brandon of UGL Equis’ Tampa office and Thomas Wenkstern and Stuart Smith of the firm’s Dallas office represented Central Garden & Pet. Rian Smith of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office represented the landlord.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Butler, Wis.-based Berghammer Construction Corp., serving as general contractor, has completed the construction of a 452,000-square-foot distribution facility in Pleasant Prairie. The cross-dock building features 50 dock locations, load-bearing exterior pre-cast wall panels and 32-foot clear ceiling heights. Partners in Design provided architectural services for the project.

SAN DIEGO — LifeCare Solutions Inc. has leased 35,840 square feet of industrial space at 10115-10119 Carroll Canyon Rd. within Scripps Ranch Business Center in San Diego. The 60-month lease is valued at $2.44 million. The tenant is expanding its space to occupy an entire building from 24,406 square feet. Jeff Saywitz of The Saywitz Company represented the tenant; Bill Dolan and Chris Pascale of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, HG Fenton Co., in the deal.

BRIDGETON, MO. — Sansone Group has brokered a lease for 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 3159 Rider Trail South in Bridgeton. Dan Dokovic of Sansone represented the landlord, The Realty Associates Fund VIII LP. FIK Investment Co. represented the tenant, The Standard Register Company. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Dokovic also represented Mantucky LLC in the sale of a 7,500-square-foot office property, located at 4162-4168 Manchester Ave. in St. Louis. Joi Niedner represented the buyer, Spacegrove LLC. The property traded for $212,500.

DALLAS — Jackson, Miss.-based EastGroup Properties has acquired a three-property distribution center portfolio located in Dallas. The properties total 227,000 square feet and are situated in the city’s Northwest submarket along Stemmons Freeway. They were constructed between 1979 and 1981, and currently have an occupancy of 87 percent by six tenants. EastGroup plans to rename them Interstate Distribution Center V, VI an VII. The seller and the acquisition price were undisclosed.
