PORTLAND, ORE. — ProLogis has leased Building 4, a 246,000-square-foot industrial facility, to CNH Parts Service, the product support business of agricultural and construction equipment maker CNH Global. The space is located at ProLogis Park PDX, which is located near the intersection of Interstate 84 and Northeast 148th Avenue in Portland. This lease brings the 500,000-square-foot facility to full occupancy. CNH plans to use the space to distribute replacement parts and serve more than 130 New Holland, Case IH and Case Construction equipment dealerships in the Pacific Northwest. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-based Tri-Tech has purchased an 18,380-square-foot warehouse from Peachtree LLC for an undisclosed amount. The property, which is located at 200 Peachtree Rd. in Charlotte, will serve as Tri-Tech’s new home. Charlotte-based Keystone Partners’ Brad Cherry and Pete Pittroff represented the seller. Kent Lamm of Charlotte-based Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate represented Tri-Tech.
KNOXVILLE, TENN. — American Bottling Group has leased 45,750 square feet of space from Knoxville, Tenn.-based OCHO Co. The property is located at 2000 Shopper Lane in Knoxville. Baker Realty Co. of Knoxville’s Bob Thornton represented the tenant in the industrial lease.
EARTH CITY, MO. — The air conditioning company Trane US has leased 74,400 square feet from Duke Realty Corp. in its Corporate Trail Distribution Center. The 248,000-square-foot property is located 3655-3673 Corporate Trail in Earth City. The property includes 26 trailer parking spaces, 20 dock doors and 32-foot ceiling clear heights. S.P. Richards also resides in the building, which has 49,000 square feet of space available. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Sheehy and Gateway Commercial’s Joe McGauley represented the tenant. YORK CO., HALLAM, AND RED LION, PA. — ROCK Commercial Real Estate has arranged a lease transaction and the purchase of two properties. Wherley Generation, Inc. has leased a 5,540-square-foot industrial space located at 3001 W. Market St. in West Manchester Township in York County. ROCK represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. Additionally, Susquehanna Micro Inc. has purchased a 17,299-square-foot industrial property located at 198 W. Beaver St. in Hallam. ROCK represented the seller in the transaction. Lastly, New Life Presbyterian Church has purchased a 10,400-square-foot commercial property located at 970 Cape Horn Rd. in Red Lion. ROCK represented the seller in the transaction.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Lowe Enterprises and McShane Development Co. have arranged the lease of 23,200 square feet of industrial space to Rasa Floors & Carpet Cleaning, located at Tuscany Center in Austin. The 72,000-square-foot warehouse building, known as Tuscany Center 7, features 24-foot ceilings, 40-by-40 foot bays, six exterior truck docks, one drive-in door, gas heating and ESFR sprinkler system. Rasa plans to relocate to the building in November. TAG International will be the architect for the tenant build-out. BURBANK, CALIF. — Preferred Media has signed a 10-year lease for 46,934 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 2777 N. Ontario St. in Burbank. The company will consolidate several facilities into the new space. PHOENIX — Premier Lighting, a Southwest-based distributor of electrical fixtures and lighting supplies, has signed a 6-year lease for 17,064 square feet at Lincoln Sky Harbor, a multi-tenant, industrial project located at 2050, 2060 and 2070 S. 16th St. in Phoenix. The financial terms of the transaction were not released. Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy of CB Richard Ellis’ Phoenix office represented the landlord, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. The tenant was represented by Marc Hertzberg of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in Phoenix.
ATLANTA — Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sensormatic Electronics Corp. has signed a 5-year, 171,779-square-foot lease with Atlanta-based IDI for space in its WestPoint at Riverside Business Park development. Sensormatic will join Alston & Bird as a tenant in Building B, which is located at 2600 West Point Dr. in Atlanta.
