MIAMI — Quartin Limited Partnership has sold the 119,071-square-foot Tropical Paperbox warehouse to DAHRO for $6.4 million. DAHRO will use a portion of the property, located at 7000 N.W. 25th St. in Miami, as warehouse space and will lease the remainder. Jay Ziv of Colliers Abood Wood-Fay brokered the transaction.

CANTON, OHIO — NAI Cummins has arranged a lease for 47,260 square feet of industrial space, located at Prospect Business Center in Canton. NAI’s Bob Raskow, Harry Stewart and Tom Franjesh represented the landlord, Canton Ashcroft. The tenant, Profile Plastics, was represented by Don Bester of Tom Jackson Realty. The tenant is expanding from its previous location in Hartville, Ohio, and should be moved in by the end of the summer.
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. — A 526,000-square-foot industrial building located at 199 Lowell Ave., in Central Islip has been sold. The building is a former grocery distribution center that is situated on approximately 45 acres. It had previously been occupied by Ocean Logistics before the company closed the location in a consolidation effort. Bob Gibson and Ed Jarosz of CB Richard Ellis/New England, along with Phil Heilpern, Martin Lomazow and David Zelinski of CB Richard Ellis’ Long Island, N.Y., office, represented Ocean Logistics in the termination of its lease agreement with San Francisco-based 10 Boulevard LLC, the seller of the property. The Silver Group represented 10 Boulevard LLC in the sale of the facility to Sysco Corp. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
HAYWARD, CALIF. — Jay Hagglund and Eddie Shuai from NAI BT Commercial Oakland along with Ted Carpenter of Carpenter Associates have represented Barbaria Commercial Properties LLC in the sale of a 65,287-square-foot light industrial/warehouse building. Located at 30680 Huntwood Ave. in Hayward., the property went for $3.5 million and the building was completely vacant at the time of the sale. The buyer, Jason Kim, dba Pinnacle Printing, will use the facility as its new printing headquarters.
MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee-based NAI MLG Commercial has completed four Wisconsin industrial sales. In the first transaction, David Stock sold a 12,000-square-foot property, located at 3206 Menasha Ave. in Manitowoc, to Factory Ride Off Road. NAI’s Brett Garceau and Curt Pitzen represented both parties. In Delafield, Creekside Builders sold a 11,490-square-foot property, located at 350 Austin Circle, to 5 Alarm Fire & Safety Equipment. NAI’s Stephen Provancher represented both parties. In Fond du Lac, K&S Acquisitions sold a 9,216-square-foot property, located at 62 N. Meadows Dr., to FQ Wholesale. NAI’s Ross Fuller represented the seller. Finally, Claudia and David Gehl sold a 6,400-square-foot property, located at 8634 W. Kaul Ave. in Milwaukee, to Four-Way LLC. Pitzen and Collin Schaible, also of NAI, represented both parties. The acquisition prices were not disclosed.
MILWAUKEE — The dedication has been held for a new urban park at The Brewery, local developer Joseph Zilber’s redevelopment of Milwaukee’s historic Pabst Brewery. The park is the first park designed specifically for an industrial neighborhood in the city. It will feature a 7-foot tall bronze statue of Joseph and Vera Zilber. Other features include a Gabion wall made of recycled steel; fractured granite boulders and crushed granite walking surfaces; and water and lighting fixtures that create a waterfall in the summer and an ice sculpture in the winter. A stormwater retention basin is located underneath the park, which was designed by landscape architecture firm D.I.R.T. studio.
BUTLER, WIS. — Milwaukee-based Colliers Barry has completed a 12,800-square-foot industrial lease at Lafayette Business Center on behalf of Wisconsin Compressed Air Corp. (WCAC). The tenant will be relocating its existing Milwaukee location to the building, which is located at 12855 W. Silver Springs Dr. in Butler. WCAC also maintains locations in Madison and Green Bay, Wis. Kevin Barry of Colliers Barry arranged the transaction between WCAC and the landlord, Lafayette Building LLC. This most recent lease brings the 94,000-square-foot building to full occupancy.
TAMAQUA, PA. — CB Richard Ellis has completed the sale of a 469,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 143 Mahanoy Ave. in Tamaqua. The facility is situated on 46.83 acres and is in close proximity to the Lehigh Valley and Hazleton. Joseph McDermott and Vincent Ranalli of CBRE represented the seller, HanesBrands, Inc. The buyer and sale price were undisclosed.
PARSIPPANY AND FAIRFIELD, N.J. —The Houston office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) has closed the sale of two United Stor-All self-storage facilities in Parsippany and Fairfield. Aaron Swerdlin, Doug McCarron and Michael Klein of HFF led the investment sales team exclusively on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between United Stor-All and the Fidelity Real Estate Group. An unrelated third party purchased both properties for an undisclosed price. Completed in 2004, the two United Stor-All properties total approximately 1,406 units in 139,850 square feet and feature climate-controlled space, individual unit alarms and digital camera security monitoring.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — ATC Logistics & Electronics has renewed two of its leases at AllianceTexas’ Alliance Global Logistics Hub, located in Fort Worth. The first lease is for the 375,000-square-foot Gateway 5 building and the second lease is for the 181,039-square-foot Gateway 31 building. Ryan Keiser of CB Richard Ellis represented ATC in lease negotiations, with Steve Aldrich of Hillwood providing in-house representation for the landlord. ATC has occupied Gateway 5 since 2005 and Gateway 31 since 2007. The company also occupies the 413,508-square-foot Gateway 19 building and currently employs 2,600 people at Alliance. It first came to the development in 1994 with the signing of an approximately 40,500-square-foot lease.
