LAS VEGAS — Rexallen1 Series LLC has acquired Post Industrial Park in Las Vegas for $3.08 million. Located on West Post Road, the property offers 15,936 square feet of industrial space. Brian Riffel of Colliers International – Las Vegas represented the seller, Post Industrial Park, in the transaction. Additionally, Riffel represented Hayman Properties LLC in the acquisition of 8,745 square feet of industrial space at Arville Teco Industrial Park in Las Vegas. Ned Stephenson Trust sold the property for $1.58 million. Brian Houser of Albright Callister represented the seller in the transaction.

SANFORD, FLA. — Miami-based Storesafe Sanford has acquired a 2.3-acre land parcel for the future development of a climate-controlled self-storage facility in Sanford, from Orlando, Fla.-based Flagship Development, for $1.5 million. The property is located at 1811 Rinehart Rd. Mark Cooney of GVA Advantis’ Tampa, Fla., office represented the buyer, and the seller was represented in-house.

RICHMOND, VA. — Flagstop Carwash has acquired a 1.7-acre property in Richmond, from Royal Oldsmobile Co., for $1.3 million. The company will build its second Flagstop Express Wash on the site, which was formerly a truck center. The property is located in the West End at 9820 E. Parham Road. Millard Jones of Thalhimer | Cushman & Wakefield’s Richmond office negotiated the sales transaction on behalf of the buyer and the seller.

HOUSTON — Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial has represented Louisiana-based investor Robert Leavines in the sale of 2.47 acres at the 12900 block of FM 529 in Houston. A local commercial real estate developer, 12926 FM 529 LLC, purchased the site. The buyer plans to develop a single-tenant or multi-tenant office/warehouse building on the tract. Steve Kuper and Mark Ward of National Realty Group represented the buyer.

VERNON, CALIF. — C.E.G Construction has completed the construction of a 41,800-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial property located at 3301 E. Vernon Ave. in Vernon. Built for Reynaldo’s Mexican Food Company, the $4.7 million facility is customized to the company’s operational needs and allows the company to reduce costs through efficiency in production and distribution. Reynaldo’s purchased the 78,800-square-foot site from Vernon A. LLC last year. Philip Attalla and Allan Lee of NAI Capital’s Commerce, Calif., office represented the company in the land acquisition; Mollie Dietch and Anita Atrukiovitch of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

LOS ANGELES — Dovetail Furniture Inc. has purchased a 52,426-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 14000 S. Figueroa St. in Los Angeles, for a consideration of more than $4.5 million. The company plans to use the facility to house its corporate offices, warehouse and showroom. Kai Chon of Charles Dunn Company, a partner of GVA Worldwide, represented the buyer in the acquisition; The Klabin Company represented the seller, Glabman Furniture Inc., in the transaction.

HIALEAH, FLA. — Kids Basics has acquired a 49,290-square-foot warehouse, located at 6955 N.W. 36th Ave. in Hialeah, from Jan and Ted Corp., for $2.25 million. The dock-high warehouse is currently 100 percent vacant. Kids Basics will occupy the property following repairs. Paul Cohen of CB Richard Ellis’ Miami office represented the sellers, and the buyer was represented by Carlost Velasquuez of Hialeah-based Vivo Real Estate Group.

CIRCLEVILLE, OHIO — NAI Bergman has brokered the sale of the former Thompson Manufacturing facility in Circleville. The 226-acre property contains 167,500 square feet of warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of freestanding office space. The buyer, Circleville Pickaway LLC, plans to re-tenant the existing buildings, as well develop the remaining acreage of the property. Joel Shomaeker of NAI Bergman represented the buyer; Tom Sugar of Continental Real Estate represented the seller, Thomas Consumer Electronics. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

SAN DIEGO — Public Storage has purchased Miramar Place Self Storage, a 100,638-square-foot self-storage property located at 6200 Miramar Rd. in San Diego. Granite Investment Group sold the property for an undisclosed price. Constructed in 2006 and situated on a 4.02-acre lot, the property offers 100 RV parking spaces. At the time of acquisition, the facility was 100 percent occupied. Greg Wells, Steve Rowland and Michael Roberts of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
