In the first transaction, Anaheim, Calif.-based TC Specialties purchased a 12,000-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 460 Industrial Way in Placentia, Calif., for $2 million. Dennis Demeis of Southwest Commercial represented the buyer; Mike Hefner of Voit’s Anaheim office represented the seller, The Prount Family Trust, in the transaction. In the second transaction, Ageel Mohammad has acquired a 9,685-square-foot industrial property for $1.8 million. The project is located at 3010 Miraloma Ave. in Anaheim. Larry Lawrence of Lee & Associates represented the buyer; Rob Socci and Hayden Socci of Voit’s Anaheim office represented the seller, Franklin Dennis Hirt, in the transaction. In the third transaction, Brian Williams of Voit’s Anaheim office represented Joseph Hoang in the acquisition of a 6,868-square-foot industrial building., which is located at 11264 Monarch St., Suite B in Garden Grove, Calif. ROSEVILLE, MICH. — L. Mason Capitani has brokered the acquisition of a 36,374-square-foot industrial facility located at 15890 Sturgeon in Roseville. Palmer Distributors has purchased the property from an undisclosed seller in order to expand its current operations. The asking price for the facility was approximately $1.3 million. LITTLETON, MASS. — The Stubbledine Company and CB Richard Ellis have completed a lease for 60,000 square feet of industrial space at Littleton Distribution Center, located in Littleton. The space will be occupied by Curtis-Straus, a Bureau Veritas company. Micah Stubbledine and David Stubbledine of The Stubbledine Company represented the tenant. Jeff Hamilton and Bob Gibson of CB Richard Ellis – New England represented the landlord, PR Littleton Expansion LLC. Terms of the lease were not released.
MUSKEGON, MICH. — Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce has represented both parties in the sale of a 239,659-square-foot industrial facility located at 1450 E. Laketon in Muskegon. Laketon Ave12 LLC has purchased the building from HRE Muskegon LLC for an undisclosed amount. The facility was part of a five-building portfolio owned by Hilco. BENSENVILLE, ILL. — Atlanta-based MailExpress has opened its new Customer Processing Center in Bensenville. The 40,000-square-foot building is more than twice the size of the company’s previous facility, which was also located in suburban Chicago. With a capacity to process more than 1.5 million packages per week, the new facility will serve much of the upper Midwest region. In addition to the Midwest regional facility, MailExpress is preparing to open its 18th distribution center this month in Salt Lake City.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — The grand opening has been held for the corporate headquarters of Peregrine Point, located at 13537 Heritage Pkwy. in Fort Worth. Situated within the AllianceTexas industrial development at the southeastern edge of Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the facility will comprise 10,000 square feet of offices in front of two connected aircraft hangars. Peregrine Point, a startup aviation company, operates passenger and cargo flights. It presently owns two planes, a Gulfstream 450 and a Boeing 737-700C. The headquarters was designed by Roanoke, Texas-based RGA Architects and Oklahoma City-based FSB Aviation.
HOUSTON — NAI Houston has brokered the lease of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building located at 2510 Beltway 8 in Houston. John Clark and Darren O’Conor of NAI represented the tenant, Global Tech Motors, in the transaction. The landlord, 2510 Sam Houston Parkway LLC, was represented by Greg Williams of Pasadena, Texas-based Qualified Properties. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Orlando-based Keene Construction Co. has completed Higgins Development Partners’125,000-square-foot Centergate at Lee Vista. Located at the intersection of McCoy Road and TPC Boulevard in Orlando, the $7 million warehouse property encompasses three buildings and features 24-foot clearance. Tampa, Fla.-based Horton, Harley and Carter provided design services.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Ocala, Fla.-based Edwards Construction Services has completed a 19,400-square-foot interior build-out for Paychex at the company’s Florida Fulfillment Center. Located at 6870 Shadowridge Dr. in Orlando, the $2 million project features heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and a closed-circuit television system. Orlando-based Abbott True Electric provided electrical work on the facility.
SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — Grubb & Ellis has brokered the sale of a 110,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 2401 Palmer Dr. in Schaumburg. American Asset Management Services purchased the facility from Waterton Associates for $6 million. Tenants at the building include Cricket Communications, Sun Cap and DG Printing. Mike Wilson and Erik Foster of Grubb & Ellis’ Capital Markets Group facilitated the transaction.
