Situated on more than 15 acres, the facility contains 223,000 square feet of industrial space and features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 30 tailgate loading doors, two drive-in doors and pre-cast concrete panels. VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Stirling Capital Investments has completed construction on Global Access Business Centre, a two-building Class A industrial complex located at the company’s Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC) in Victorville. The 223,773-square-foot center offers industrial suites ranging in size from 3,500 to more than 60,000 square feet. In addition to completing the project, the company signed five leases totaling 49,050 square feet for the center. The new tenants include Sequoia Lighting, Prego Inc., PTL Electric, Stoody Industrial and Welding Supplies, and Product System Engineering.
TEMPE, ARIZ. — All City Towing has acquired a 16,766-square-foot industrial facility, which is located at 2031 W. 1st St. in Tempe. Jack Berg Family L.P. sold the property for $2.7 million. Mike Parker of Colliers International and John Soldo of CC Partners LLC represented the buyer; Bob Broyles of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller in the transaction.
AUBURN, IND. — BND Commercial has negotiated the sale of the Kimball International building, a 105,000-square-foot manufacturing property located in Auburn. The property was acquired by Churubusco, Ind.-based C&A Tool, which plans to use the facility to house the company’s aerospace division. The facility is expected to be operational by June. The sale was facilitated by Karl Behrens and David Nugent of BND Commercial. The seller, as well as the sale price, was not disclosed.
LAS VEGAS — Nevada Power Company has signed a long-term lease to occupy Building 5 at Beltway Business Park, a 400-acre business park in Las Vegas, from City of Industry, Calif.-based Majestic Realty Co. for an undisclosed price. Located at 7155 Lindell Rd., the facility offers 288,000 square feet, including more than 135,000 square feet of tenant-improved mezzanine office space. Nevada Power is expected to take occupancy in third quarter. Developed by Majestic and Thomas & Mack Co., the Beltway Business Park is slated to consist of 55 buildings and total nearly 6 million square feet when completed in 2012.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Christopher Marx and Daniel Foley of Studley have negotiated a 256,390-square-foot lease in South Brunswick on behalf of the leasee, VSE Corp. The warehouse facility is situated on a 19.63 acre site at 111 Herrod Blvd. just off Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. The owner, Forsgate Industrial Partners was represented in-house by Catherine Argenio and Alex Klatskin.
INDIO, CALIF. — Beaty Pacific Development Inc. is developing Pacific Industrial Park, an industrial park located at the intersection of Indio Boulevard Madio Street in Indio. The property will offer eight buildings for sale or lease ranging in size from 5,000 to 7,500 square feet. Additionally, the park will feature secured fenced yards that will allow users to store excess materials in outside storage. Try Kudlac and Brian Ward of CB Richard Ellis are marketing the property on behalf of the developer.
UNION CITY, GA. — Harman International has signed a long-term lease with Majestic Realty for 305,000 square feet of space at Majestic Airport Center II, a master-planned industrial park in Union City, located at 4475 S. Fulton Pkwy. Harman manufactures audio, video and electronic products for home, vehicle, portable and computer applications. The property, which is fully leased, is also occupied by American Building Supply. Bayne Porter of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
CONYERS, GA. — Block Income Fund III has purchased a 111,540-square-foot office/warehouse building, located at 801 Blacklawn Rd. in Conyers, from First Industrial Partnership, for $5 million. Current tenants include Bio-Lab, CTGA, Diversitech and Teijan Twaron USA. The building consists of 18 percent office space and one dock-high door per each 4,840 square feet. Bobby Mayson of Atlanta-based Lavista Associates represented the seller.
