BARTOW, FLA. — Realvest Development, a division of Realvest Holdings, has purchased a 40-acre land parcel for the future development of Bartow CommerCenter, from Lakeland, Fla.-based Overkill Hill Farms, for $2.3 million. The site is located at 91 Mine Rd. George Livingston, Drew Saphos and Christie Alexander of Orlando-based NAI Realvest negotiated the sale. Bartow CommerCenter will feature 400,000 square feet of industrial space.

VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLA. — Wyotech has developed a 90,000-square-foot motorcycle and marine repair training school in Volusia County, located 15 miles northwest of Daytona Beach. The building features 12 classrooms, three motorcycle laboratories, a marine motor laboratory, a library and student lounges. Orlando, Fla.-based HuntonBrady Architects designed the facility.
BRADENTON, FLA. — A Bradenton-based investor has purchased All U Can Storage I and II, a two-building self-storage portfolio in Bradenton, for $2.1 million. The facilities, totaling 38,200 square feet of net rentable space and 2.8 acres, are located separately. Mike Mele, Scott Rutherford and Will Gendron of Tampa-based The Mele Group of Marcus & Millichap were the sole brokers in the transaction.
PORT WASHINGTON, WIS. — The construction division of Inland Cos. has been selected as general contractor for the development of the Molded Dimensions Production Facility, a 24,200-square-foot manufacturing and office facility located at 701 Sunset Rd. in Port Washington. Groundbreaking is scheduled for April, with completion expected in November.
UNION, N.J. — David Simson, Ward Greer, Lori Zuck and Marvin Rosenberg of GVA Williams have completed the sale of a 176,600-square-foot warehouse and office facility in Union. The building, which is located at 700 Liberty Ave., was purchased by Bed Bath & Beyond for an undisclosed price from Breeze-Eastern Corp. The buyer plans to convert the warehouse facility into corporate offices for its headquarters. Simson and Greer represented the buyer and Zuck and Rosenberg represented the seller in the disposition.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — NAI Huff Partners has finalized the sale of an industrial facility located at 1400 E. Devitt St. in Fort Worth. Krest Steel purchased the 20,980-square-foot building from 1400 Berry Co. for an undisclosed amount. Frank Jester of NAI Huff Partners represented the seller in the transaction, and Bryan Gee of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
PEWAUKEE, WIS. — Milwaukee-based Colliers Barry has brokered the purchase of a 7.8-acre parcel of land located on Watertown Road in Pewaukee. David Buckley of Colliers represented the buyer, Pewaukee Industrial Building LLC, which plans to construct an 82,922-square-foot industrial building on the site. The multi-tenant facility will feature 28-foot clear ceiling heights, and will be divisible from 20,000 square feet. Site preparation will begin in the spring, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter. Buckley and James Young are serving as marketing agents for the property. The land parcel was acquired from Thomas A. Tetting for an undisclosed amount.

SANTA ANA, CALIF. — Schnioda Design Center has signed a 10-year lease for a 135,731-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 601-603 W. Dyer Rd. in Santa Ana. 601 West Dyer Road LLC leased the property for $13.5 million. Kevin Turner and Mike Hartel of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine, Calif., office represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
AURORA, ILL. — Chicago-based Wrightwood Capital has acquired a 121,000-square-foot industrial facility, located at 2300 Raddant Rd. in Aurora, in a sale/leaseback transaction. The building features 25-foot clear ceiling heights, eight interior truck docks and 6,000 square feet of office space. The property was sold by Cano Container Corp., which occupies the building along with Packaging Dimensions and United Express System. Frank Griffin and Dominic Carbonari of Grubb & Ellis represented Cano in the sale. The property was the 16th acquisition for Wrightwood Capital’s Industrial Property Fund III. The purchase price was undisclosed.
