AURORA, ILL. — Chicago-based Wrightwood Capital has acquired a 121,000-square-foot industrial facility, located at 2300 Raddant Rd. in Aurora, in a sale/leaseback transaction. The building features 25-foot clear ceiling heights, eight interior truck docks and 6,000 square feet of office space. The property was sold by Cano Container Corp., which occupies the building along with Packaging Dimensions and United Express System. Frank Griffin and Dominic Carbonari of Grubb & Ellis represented Cano in the sale. The property was the 16th acquisition for Wrightwood Capital’s Industrial Property Fund III. The purchase price was undisclosed.

LAS VEGAS — Portland, Ore.-based HIC Trident LLC has acquired Trident Industrial Park, a four-building industrial campus located at 2915 Losee Rd. in Las Vegas, for $16.2 million. Built in 2001, the 130,000-square-foot park offers 15 percent office space and 85 percent warehouse space. At the time of acquisition, the property was fully occupied. Al Barbagallo of Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas represented the seller, Trident Industrial Park LLC, in the transaction.

TEJON RANCH, CALIF. — A joint venture between Tejon Ranch Company and Rockefeller Group Development Corp. has developed a 606,000-square-foot warehouse facility at its Tejon Industrial Complex, a 1,450-acre master-planned commercial development located at the junction of Interstate 5 and Highway 99 in Tejon Ranch. Part of the 3.1 million-square-foot complex, the new building is designed for single- or multiple-tenant use. Irvine, Calif.-based HPA designed the new building, which was constructed by Fullmer. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Commerce has officially recognized the expansion of Foreign Trade Zone #202 to now include an initial 177 acres at Tejon Industrial Complex.

WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. — West Palm Beach-based Lorelle Enterprises has acquired a 92,640-square-foot office warehouse complex in West Palm Beach from, Aspen Florida Mango, for $6.2 million. The property is located at 1600 N. Florida Mango Rd. The buyer plans to convert half the building into an ice skating rink; the remaining space will be occupied by long-term lessee Goodman Distribution. Robert Smith of CB Richard Ellis’ Boca Raton, Fla., office and Kerry Jackson of its Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., office represented the seller.

The HSA-developed and owned building, which is located within Aurora Distribution Center Phase II, totals 295,000 square feet, and features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, multiple docks and drive-in doors. The 5-year lease was signed by Minneapolis-based Reviva Logistics, which plans to use the facility to provide third-party warehouse and distribution services for Hankook Tire. Charles Canale and Carter Andrus of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented HSA in the lease transaction; Reviva was represented by CresaPartners.

CLIFTON, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of a warehouse facility located at 174 Delawanna Ave., in Clifton. The 217,139-square-foot distribution building was purchased for an undisclosed price by New Jersey’s largest independent food service company. Amenities include 32-foot clear ceilings, cross-docked loading and fenced in parking. Stephen Elman, Stan Danzig and Noah Balanoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, The Morris Companies, in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Brian Scheuer of Chaus Realty.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Aspen A&D has acquired a 216,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Orlando, from Justine Realty Corp., for $6.4 million. The facility is located at 1854 Central Florida Pkwy., and is leased long-term to Sonoco Corp. Craig Duke and Cory Kroeger of Duke Kroeger & Co. represented the buyer, and the seller was represented by Matt Sullivan and Wilson McDowell of Colliers Arnold.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Columbus, Ohio-based Cypress Lake Properties has acquired a 5.1-acre industrial site in southeast Orlando, from Chicago-based CalEast Industries, for $1.4 million. The property is located at 1611 Cypress Lake Dr. The buyer plans to develop an 83,000-square-foot distribution warehouse building on the site. George Livingston and Christie Alexander of NAI Realvest’s Orlando office negotiated the transaction.

BENSENVILLE, ILL. — Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler (CBK) has brokered the sale of a 19,200-square-foot industrial property located at 764-768 Thomas Dr. in Bensenville. The facility features 16-foot clear ceiling heights, 3,000 square feet of office space and a large parking lot. The buyer, luxury car dealer The Chicago Toy Store, had previously leased half of the building. The company now plans to utilize the new space as a showroom. Anne Dempsey of CBK represented the seller, Corporate Crossings. Joseph Reiff, also of CBK, represented The Chicago Toy Store. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
