According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 315 Post Road W rises three stories and was constructed in 1978. Scott Peterson and Charlene O’Connell represented the seller, a local family partnership, in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of Stamford-based investment firm American Bailey Corp.

EL PASO, TEXAS — Newmark has arranged a 24,787-square-foot lease renewal at Vista Del Sol Industrial Park in El Paso. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 12135 Esther Lama Drive was built in 1994 and totals 189,025 square feet. Reid Blynn, Blake Anderson, Nick Pickard, Thomas McDugall, Jim Belcher, Stephen Cook and Mike Spaeder of Newmark represented the tenant, packaging company SupplyOne Tucson, in the lease negotiations. PIRES International represented the undisclosed landlord.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — Brown Commercial Group has arranged the $1.5 million sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building zoned for auto use in the Chicago suburb of Mount Prospect. The property is located at 3212 S. Nordic Road. Mason Hezner of Brown represented the seller, an owner of a Carstar autobody franchise. Matt Kotapka of Executive Realty Group LLC represented the buyer, 3212 S. Nordic LLC. The sales price was $110,500 over the asking price.
CRG to Develop 1 MSF Industrial Facility Near Savannah for Third-Party Logistics Firm

ELLABELL, GA. — CRG has sold 77 acres within its 764-acre The Cubes at West Port industrial park in the west Savannah suburb of Ellabell to Lecangs, a global third-party logistics user. CRG and parent company Clayco plan to construct a new 1 million-square-foot industrial facility for Lecangs on the site, which sits roughly 25 miles from Savannah at 3438 U.S. Highway 80 E in Bryan County. The construction timeline for the Lecangs development was not disclosed.
SCOTTSVILLE, KY. — Global HVAC products manufacturer Halton Group has wrapped up the expansion of its manufacturing facility in Scottsville, a southern Kentucky city near the Tennessee border. The expansion comprises 47,000 square feet of new manufacturing space and 8,100 square feet for laboratories and offices, bringing the facility to 96,100 square feet. Halton expects the expansion to generate 60 new full-time jobs in the Allen County area. Halton has had a presence in Kentucky since 1988.

According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 8611 Ambassador Row was built in 1955. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford represented the owner, Toronto-based Oxford Properties, in the lease negotiations. Cameron Rogers of Rubicon Representation represented the tenant, Nelson Cos. Ones LLC.

According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 1111 Digital Drive was constructed on 3.6 acres in 1983 and features 18-foot clear heights. Sara Fredericks of Newmark represented the seller, Adima US LLC, in the transaction. Morgan Realty Group represented the buyer, an entity doing business as BBE Phoenix Fund LP.
HUMBLE, TEXAS — SRS Distribution Inc. has signed a 52,015-square-foot industrial lease in the northern Houston suburb of Humble. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 19054 Kenswick Drive was built on 6.6 acres in 2011, and the lease is for the entirety of the property. PEORIA, ARIZ. — NAI Horizon has brokered the purchase of an industrial building located at 10857 N. 9th Ave. in Peoria, a suburb northwest of Phoenix. Glez C Properties LLC acquired the asset from Chris Finn for $9.5 million. The buyer plans to expand its construction and asphalt company, Gonzalez Asphalt, into the 81,060-square-foot, Class B warehouse facility, which was built in 2005. Jeffrey Garza Walker and Art Verdugo of NAI Horizon represented the buyer, while Gary Cornish of Newmark and Geoffrey Turbow of CBRE represented the seller in the deal. Eric Nutt of Commonwealth Title also helped facilitate the transaction.
FORISTELL, MO. — Brinkmann Constructors has broken ground on a 125,500-square-foot cold storage facility for Coastal Carriers in Foristell, about 43 miles west of St. Louis. The project marks the first of three phases. The property will include a 55,600-square-foot freezer with a 42-foot clear height; a 23,500-square-foot cold dock that will span 70 feet deep; a 29,300-square-foot cooler; and 15,500 pallet positions. There will also be an 8,600-square-foot office and a 7,500-square-foot battery charging and maintenance area. Plans call for 73 car parking spaces, 28 trailer spaces and 19 dock doors. Answers Inc. is the architect. Completion is slated for the fourth quarter of this year. Coastal Carriers is a Missouri-based transportation, warehouse and distribution company.
