DALLAS — SkyView Advisors, a Tampa-based self-storage brokerage firm, has arranged the sale of a 908-unit Extra Space Storage facility located at 7701 Banner Drive in north Dallas. The property is situated on a 1.1-acre lot and spans 77,162 net rentable square feet. Ryan Clark of SkyView Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer and sales price were also undisclosed.

DALLAS — Stream Realty Partners has brokered the sale of a 33,620-square-foot industrial building located at 10379 Plano Road in Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant property was built on 2.3 acres in 2012 and features 24-foot clear heights. Ryan Wolcott and Adam Jones of Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer, Primos Unlimited LLC, in the transaction. Marshall Cooper of Cooper Commercial Inc. represented the seller, 10379 Plano Rd LLC.

KANSAS CITY, MO. — Kansas City-based developer Hunt Midwest has promoted two members of its management team and hired three new employees. The move is in effort “to support the volume of development projects underway and in the pipeline,” according to a release from the company. Earlier this year, Hunt Midwest completed construction of 400,000 square feet of speculative Class A industrial space at SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex. The addition brought the amount of leasable space in SubTropolis to more than 6.5 million square feet. There is more than 7.5 million square feet available for development at the site. Justin White has been promoted to senior director of operations and will continue oversight of facilities, security, property management and capital improvements for SubTropolis. Tony Borchers has been promoted to senior director of acquisitions and development. Borchers was instrumental in expanding Hunt Midwest’s industrial footprint to Louisville, Ky. Tyler Schyvinck has joined the commercial division as manager of facilities. He will supervise ongoing maintenance, light construction and grounds operations for SubTropolis and portions of the Hunt Midwest Business Center. BUCKEYE, ARIZ. — Scannell Properties has purchased a 70-acre development site, located near the corner of Miller and Durrango roads in Buckeye, for nearly $6.6 million. The buyer plans to develop an 850,000-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution facility at the property for specialty discount retailer Five Below. The tenant plans to initially bring approximately 150 new jobs to the area and expects to grow to nearly 300 employees over the next five years. TOMBALL, TEXAS — JDR Cable Systems, a provider of underwater power cables for the energy business, has begun construction on a 65,000-square-foot office and industrial project in Tomball that will serve as the United Kingdom-based company’s new Houston area headquarters The facility will house a wide range of operations, including engineering and management for global projects, assembly of a variety of oilfield equipment and support for its offshore service business. Completion is slated for the first half of 2021.

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Colliers International has negotiated the sale of Twinbridge Industrial Park and Veterans Industrial Park, a pair of industrial developments totaling 32 buildings and approximately 1.1 million square feet in Pennsauken, located east of Philadelphia. The properties are situated immediately off State Highways Route 73 and 130 and were fully leased to 49 tenants at the time of sale. Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers represented the seller, The Bloom Organization, in the transaction. The buyer was a joint venture between Wharton Industrial and Walton Street Capital.

MOUNT OLIVE, N.J. — Progress Capital has arranged an $18 million acquisition loan for a 132,000-square-foot industrial facility in Mount Olive, about 50 miles west of New York City. The property served as a warehouse for Sam’s Club until 2018 and will now be leased to Amazon as a fulfillment center. Kathy Anderson of Progress Capital arranged the loan through Lakeland Bank on behalf of the buyer, Asset Realty & Construction Group.

The 3.8-acre property is situated at 3525 Silica Road. Lynette Reichle of Reichle Klein Group represented the buyer, Sylvania-based J-West LLC. The seller was undisclosed.

DENVER — PepsiCo Beverages North America has signed a 283,500-square-foot lease at Pecos Logistics Park, an infill logistics business park currently under construction in Denver. Denver-based Westfield Co. is developing the project, which will feature a total of 1.2 million square feet of Class A industrial space situated on 66 acres at the northwest corner of 56th Avenue and Pecos Street at full build-out. Totaling 391,600 square feet, the first phase includes three front-park, rear-load speculative buildings ranging from 121,800 square feet to 139,200 square feet and the PepsiCo 283,500-square-foot build-to-suit property. The buildings will offer dock-high and drive-in loading, 28-foot to 32-foot clear heights, ESFRK-17 sprinklers, LED lighting and trailer parking. Phase I is scheduled for delivery in third-quarter 2021, with an 1,880-square-foot speculative suite in Building 1 and a 1,550-square-foot speculative suite in Building 2. Additionally, the first phase will feature a shared amenity space called “The Junction” that will include conference and training rooms, a kitchen, flexible use/fitness space and showers, bike storage and outdoor patio space.
