NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEV. — CBRE has arranged the sale of RDN Mini Storage, a seven-building self-storage facility in North Las Vegas. California-based Watling Street acquired the asset from Nevada-based Piclane for $4.6 million. Located at 725 W. Washburn Road, the 36,520-square-foot property consists of 304 units with 24-hour video surveillance cameras. Nick Walker, Walter Brauer and Trevor Roberts of CBRE represented the seller in the deal.

DEKALB, ILL. — Facebook has unveiled plans to build an $800 million data center in DeKalb. The social media giant’s data center will occupy 505 acres of the 1,000-acre ChicagoWest Business Center, which is owned by Krusinski Construction Co. The project is expected to rely solely on renewable energy and create about 100 jobs. This will be the first data center for Facebook in Illinois, but the company has 15 data centers globally. DeKalb is approximately 65 miles west of Chicago. Krusinski began assembling land for ChicagoWest 14 years ago.
LOMBARD, ILL. — Bridge Development Partners LLC and Cabot Properties have unveiled plans to develop Bridge Point I-355, an industrial building spanning 133,100 square feet in Lombard, about 20 miles west of Chicago. Bridge and Cabot bought the vacant, 7.2-acre site from Location Finders International. The development will feature a clear height of 32 feet, 22 exterior docks, four drive-in doors, 10 trailer stalls and 170 car parking spaces. The development will be divisible for multiple tenants. The project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter. Dominic Carbonari, Frank Griffin and Kate Coxworth of JLL represented the seller.
CHICAGO — NAI Hiffman has brokered the sale of a 42,000-square-foot cold storage building in Chicago’s Brighton Park neighborhood for $7.5 million. In conjunction with the sale, NAI Hiffman also negotiated a six-year lease with the sole tenant, Moesle Meat Co. Built in 2016, the property is located at 5115 S. Millard Ave. John Basile of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer, Chicago-based Karis Cold Storage, a newly launched private investment and development company.
Newmark Knight Frank Arranges Sale of 773,800 SF Industrial Park in Fayetteville, Tennessee

FAYETTEVILLE, TENN. — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has arranged the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 773,800 square feet in Fayetteville. The first building, located at 1810 Wilson Parkway, is a 695,000-square-foot property that was fully leased at the time of sale. The tenant was not disclosed but according to LoopNet Inc., the tenant is Goodman Manufacturing Co., which also sold the building in a sale-leaseback transaction. The property spans 57.5 acres and features block and insulated metal construction, 26-foot and 34-foot clear heights, 44,374 square feet of air-conditioned office space and a drive-in truck loading dock with an overhead crane. The second building comprises 78,800 square feet and is located at 1700 Wilson Parkway. The building was vacant at the time of sale. It features a 64,800-square-foot warehouse with 20-foot clear heights, five dock doors and one drive-thru dock, as well as a 10,400-square-foot office on the ground level. BSD Properties purchased 1700 Wilson Parkway, and 1810 Wilson Parkway LLC purchased 1810 Wilson Parkway. Michael Reid and Bart Hardison of NKF represented both the buyer and seller in the transactions. The sales price was not disclosed. The seller and sales price of 1700 Wilson Parkway were not disclosed.
LEVITTOWN, PA. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 40,000-square-foot warehouse in Levittown, a southern suburb of Trenton, for an undisclosed price. The Class C building is located at 1901 Hartel St. and was constructed in 1969. The property offers immediate access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 95. Jim Scott of Colliers represented the buyer, family-owned tire service company McCarthy Tire. Scott also represented the undisclosed seller.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale-leaseback of the U.S. headquarters of defense electronics firm Elbit Systems of America. The 215,729-square-foot manufacturing and office campus is located in Fort Worth. The property was built on 25 acres in 1980 and has been leased to Elbit Systems since 1993 on a triple-net basis. An undisclosed pension fund advisor purchased the campus from Elbit Systems as part of a portfolio sale that also included the defense contractor’s manufacturing plant in Roanoke, Va. Adam Abushagur of Marcus & Millichap handled the sale of the Texas facility.
FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has secured a 198,854-square-foot industrial lease at 1901 Lakeside Parkway in the northern Fort Worth suburb of Flower Mound for asset management and logistics firm TelTech Communications. Completed in 2019, the rear-load property features 32-foot clear heights, 180-foot truck courts and 38 trailer parking spaces. Tom Walrich of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. John Fulton and Brett Owens of Transwestern represented the landlord, Denver-based Black Creek Group.
LA PORTE, TEXAS — Boyd Commercial has negotiated a 75,000-square-foot industrial lease for Cottondale Wood Products, an Alabama-based supplier of wooden pallets for the petrochemical industry, in the southeastern Houston suburb of La Porte. The property is situated within two miles of Port Houston’s Barbour’s Cut Terminal. William Carpenter, Greg Barra and David Boyd of Boyd Commercial represented the tenant, which plans to take occupancy later this summer, in the lease negotiations. Jeff Everist of CBRE represented the landlord, Hines.
EL MONTE, CALIF. — Goodman Group has completed Goodman Logistics Center El Monte – Los Angeles East, a 1.2 million-square-foot logistics facility in El Monte. Located at 4300 Shirley Ave., the new facility offers 227,850 square feet to 935,657 square feet of space that is designed to support modern warehouses for the e-commerce industry and beyond. The logistics facility’s design offers flexibility to accommodate warehousing requirements for a variety of tenant needs. The property is located less than one mile from Interstate 10, four miles from Interstate 605, 13 miles from downtown Los Angeles and 24 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach.
