Advent International Signs 34,000 SF Office Lease at Seagram Building in Midtown Manhattan

NEW YORK CITY — Advent International has signed a 10-year, 34,000-square-foot office lease at The Seagram Building in Midtown Manhattan. The private equity firm will occupy the entire 14th and 15th floors of the 38-story building, which is located at 375 Park Ave. and was originally constructed in 1958. Lindsay Ornstein, Patrick Robinson, Casey Noel and Kate Whitman of OPEN Impact Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. A.J. Camhi and Paul Milunec represented the landlord, locally based investment firm RFR, on an internal basis.

Meyer Completes 21,500 SF Office Headquarters Renovation in Wayne, Pennsylvania

WAYNE, PA. — Locally based design firm Meyer has completed the renovation of the 21,500-square-foot office headquarters of Bala Consulting Engineers in Wayne, a northwestern suburb of Philadelphia. The space house a café with gaming options and other amenities that converts to a training and conference room for flexible gathering. Digital signage highlights messaging from all of Bala’s office locations. Other features include video conferencing cameras, room reservation systems, mobile AV capabilities and conference room occupancy sensors.

Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 10,583 SF Office Lease Renewal in Parsippany, New Jersey

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 10,583-square-foot office lease renewal in the Northern New Jersey community of Parsippany. The tenant, Business Credentialing Services, is taking space at 199 Cherry Hill Road, which according to LoopNet Inc. was built in 1970, renovated in 2017 and totals 57,445 square feet. William O’Keefe and Courtney Rosenkrantz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, locally based investment firm The Birch Group, in the lease negotiations.

Gantry Arranges $6.2M Refinancing for Lake Union Center Office Building in Seattle

SEATTLE — Gantry has arranged a $6.2 million permanent loan to refinance Lake Union Center, a Class A property in Seattle’s North Lake Union submarket. The borrower is a private real estate entity. Mike Wood and Colin Ceithaml of Gantry’s Seattle office secured the 10-year loan, which features a fixed rate and 25-year amortization schedule. Located at 1441 N. 34th St., the property features 65,000 square feet of office space that was fully occupied at the time of sale.

CONROE, TEXAS — Law firm Griffin, Cain & Herbig has signed a 5,000-square-foot office lease in Conroe, about 40 miles north of Houston. The firm is taking space at the new Woodforest Bank Building, which occupies a full city block in the downtown area. Lisa Hughes of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate — Greater Houston represented Woodforest National Bank in the lease negotiations.

NAI Greywolf Negotiates Two Office Leases Totaling 22,500 SF in Brookfield, Wisconsin

BROOKFIELD, WIS. — NAI Greywolf has negotiated two office leases totaling 22,500 square feet at Executive Center V in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. Heuer Law Offices SC leased 3,074 square feet with a lease term of more than five years. Common Ground Inc., a healthcare insurance solution for small businesses, nonprofits, individuals and families, leased 19,675 square feet. Matt Hock of NAI Greywolf represented the undisclosed landlord. The property is located at 300 N. Executive Drive.

Klement’s has been making small batch, handcrafted sausages in Milwaukee for more than 60 years.

Midway Breaks Ground on 320,000 SF Office Project in Houston, Names Anchor Tenant

HOUSTON — Midway has broken ground on CITYCENTRE Six, a 320,000-square-foot office building within the locally based developer’s CITYCENTRE mixed-use destination in West Houston. Additionally, Midway has named global chemical and building materials supplier Dow as the anchor tenant. Dow will occupy about 208,000 square feet within the 19-story building, which will include 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and onsite parking. The design team includes architect of record Kirksey, Munoz + Albin Architecture & Planning and OJB Landscape Architecture. Construction is slated for a 2026 completion.

The AI-powered biopharmaceutical company plans to relocate from nearby Framingham to two full floors of the 143,533-square-foot facility at 300 Third Ave. next summer. Tim Latham, Christopher Scott and Chris Devaux internally represented the landlord, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., in the lease negotiations. Newmark Negotiates Sale of Vacant 27,090 SF Office Building in Culver City, California

CULVER CITY, CALIF. — Newmark has arranged the sale of 5995 Sepulveda, a vacant office building in Culver City, just west of Los Angeles. A private investor acquired the site for an undisclosed price and plans to occupy the property. The newly renovated building offers 27,090 square feet of creative office space with 12,000-square-foot floor plates and column-free layouts. The property also features landscaped outdoor seating and 24/7 onsite security and access control. Kevin Shannon, Ken White, Rob Hannan, Laura Stumm, Michael Moll, Steve Kolsky and Greg Frankovich of Newmark represented the undisclosed seller.
