ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has brokered the sale of the foreclosed 30,478-square-foot Fielder Place, an office building located at 1633 W. Division St. in Arlington. Karen Simon and Brian Scott of Bradford represented the seller, U.S. Bank, in the disposition of the foreclosed property, which is 40 percent leased. Jose Thankachan of Beam Real Estate LLC represented the buyer, AVK Associates LLC. Bradford's Simon and Scott had five tenants in place to lease space in the office building.

DENVER — Wakely Consulting Group has signed a 61-month lease renewal at Pyramid Pointe in Meridian. The lease also includes an 8,400-square-foot expansion at the Class A office building, which is located at 9777 Pyramid Court in the Denver submarket. The building is now 93 percent leased. The landlord, Westcore Properties, was represented in-house by John Fefley.

The property is located at 22895 Eastpark Drive within the master-planned community of Savi Ranch. The space will serve as BSKO’s new headquarters. The company was represented by Seth Davenport of Voit Real Estate Services. The seller, Eastpark Drive LLC, was represented by Zach Niles, Garrett McClellandand Steve Wagnerof Jones Lang LaSalle Orange County.

ORLANDO — Magellan Behavioral Health Inc. has expanded its office and warehouse lease by 17,688 square feet at 6870 Shadowridge Drive in Orlando. The company, which already occupied Suites 10 and 11 in Building A, will additionally occupy Suites 7 through 9 for a total of 27,867 square feet. Jamie Barati of Colliers International and Jamie Smith of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert Blackwell of NAI Realvest represented the landlord, Semoran Commerce Center LLC.

CAMDEN, N.J. —Philadelphia-based Binswanger has been named as the exclusive listing agent by Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank for the sale of The Wilson Building, a 12-story office building. The 73,000-square-foot property was constructed in 1926 and was once the home of Camden’s leading law firms. The Wilson Building is located at 130 N. Broadway in Camden.

DALLAS — Dallas-based Harwood International has inked a lease renewal with Jones Day, a global law firm, for 133,200 square feet of office space in the Jones Day Building in the HARWOOD district in Dallas. Harwood International was self-represented by Jihane Boury and David Roehm in the lease transaction. Russell Cosby, Brad Selner, Jon McNeil and Rachel Brown of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Additionally, Jones Day was self-represented by Patricia Villareal, David Lowery and Mike Davitt. The office building is set to undergo renovations by Gensler, an architectural firm.

SAN FRANCISCO — Boston Properties has purchased a development site at 535 Mission Street in San Francisco for $71 million. It plans to erect a $215-million, Class A office tower on the site. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-February, with completion set for fall 2014. The 27-story tower will strive for a LEED-Gold rating. It will also contain some retail space. Boston Properties has also agreed to purchase the last remaining land parcel inside the city’s Reston Town Center for $27 million. The parcel is zoned for 250,000 square feet of office space. Boston Properties is looking into potential mixed-use opportunities on this site. This sale is expected to close in the first quarter of 2013.

PLEASANT PRAIRE, WIS. — Good Food Groups LLC has purchased a 56,642-square-foot production facility in Pleasant Prairie for its new headquarters. The LLC is moving from its 9,000-square-foot facility in Chicago. The building was listed for $3.8 million on LoopNet. Nick Walby, Brian Bocci and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller and Jason Lev of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer in the deal.
