CHANDLER, ARIZ. – Infusionsoft has leased a 92,109-square-foot office building that is currently being built in Chandler. The property, located at 1260 S. Spectrum Blvd., broke ground in January 2012. It is expected to be completed and occupied later this year. Infusionsoft was represented by Eric Jones of Commercial Properties. The building owner and developer, Douglas Allred Company, was represented by Mark Krison and Scott German of CBRE’s Phoenix office.

MAPLE GROVE, MINN. — Two new tenants have joined the Arbor Lakes North End building in Maple Grove. Elements Therapeutic Massage will occupy 2,150 square feet of ground-level retail space and Global Tax Network has leased 6,500 square feet of office space on the second floor. MERIDAN, CONN. — Sleeping Giant Research Parkway LLC has sold two office properties in Meriden for $6.32 million. The buildings are located at 355 Research Parkway and 367 Research Parkway. John J. Cafasso and Nicholas R. Morizo of Colliers International represented both parties in the sale. Both buildings are fully leased to long-term tenants. BL Cos., which provides architecture, engineering, surveying and environmental services, occupies 355 Research Parkway. Tucker Mechanical, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group Inc., occupies 367 Research Parkway.
LOS ANGELES — Nami Media has leased 11,700 square feet inside an office building that is part of the Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles. The space resides within a 336,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 6701 Center Drive. The company is relocating from its Venice Boulevard location in West Los Angeles. The new space will allow Nami to expand its operation. Brian Davies and Dave Toomey of Cresa Los Angeles represented the tenant, while the landlord, Equity Office Properties, was represented by Rick Buckley and Beau Rawi of LA Realty Partners.
AUSTIN — KBS Realty Advisors has signed leases with two tenants totaling 23,119 square feet of office space at its 260,112-square-foot SouthTech Business Center, a 99 percent leased office complex located at Freidrich Lane and East St. Elmo Road in Austin. Houston-based Suntronic has leased 10,731 square feet at SouthTech Business Center, Building 3. Dillon Mao of Katy-based FIRM Properties represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Virtuoso Selections is expanding its headquarters in Building 3 to a new 12,388-square-foot office in the same building. Carson Jones of Partners National Corporate Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Ace Schlameus of HPI Real Estate represented the landlord in both lease transactions. Other tenants at SouthTech Business Center include Republic Beverage, New Era Publishing and JS International Shipping Corp.
DEERFIELD, ILL. — Quest Software, a software company, has signed a lease for 19,288 square feet of office space within the 38,000-square-foot building at 875 Weiland in Deerfield. Elise Couston and Bradley Weiner of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Deerfield & Weiland LLC, in the transaction. Royce Sharf and Kevin McLennan of Studley repesented Quest Software.
EAST WINDSOR, N.J. — Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has acquired 100 SciPark, a 65,552-square-foot office and laboratory building in East Windsor, for $17.6 million. Built in 2010, the property is fully occupied by the Elementis Worldwide subsidiary of Britain's Elementis PLC. The company, which will use the space for its world headquarters, converts organic chemicals and minerals into polymers for use in paints, cosmetics and other products. Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt and Nick Karali of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Woodmont Properties, in the transaction. They also secured the buyer.
MISSOURI CITY — Barrett Health Centers has purchased a 2,621-square-foot office property, located at 4642 Riverston Blvd. in Missouri City, from Maverick Steel Enterprises. The office property will serve as a chiropractic office for Dr. Richard Barrett. Jane Holloway and Larry Indermuehle of ICO Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Tawnya Dornak of ICO Commercial represented the seller.
ATLANTA — Prudential Real Estate Investors has purchased the 259,500-square-foot Ten Peachtree Place, a Class A office tower located in Atlanta, from a venture managed by Cousins Properties for $61.4 million. The 20-story building, which is fully leased, serves as the corporate headquarters of AGL Resources. The property is currently undergoing a $1.2 million renovation to achieve LEED Silver status.
CHICAGO — Medullan has signed a lease renewal and expansion for 13,065 square feet of office space at 625 Mount Auburn St. in Chicago. The space will serve as the information technology consultancy firm's new corporate headquarters. The transaction marks the fourth office expansion by Medullan since its inception, growing from roughly 4,300 square feet to more than 13,000 square feet.
