HOUSTON — Rosemont Realty has selected Toronto-based Avison Young to oversee marketing and leasing of 606,899 square feet of office space in Houston. The properties include the 226,585-square-foot Kirkwood Atrium Office, located at 11767 Katy Freeway; the 179,485-square-foot Paragon Center One, located at 450 Gears Road; the 114,511-square-foot Westwood Plaza I, located at 9301 Southwest Freeway; and a 86,317-square-foot property, located at 12621 Featherwood Drive.

ATLANTA — Two tenants have signed leases totaling 63,500 square feet at 1075 Peachtree, an office building located at the intersection of Peachtree and 12th streets in 12th & Midtown, a mixed-use development project in Atlanta. Duane Morris signed a 28.500-square-foot lease and will relocate to the building from its current Midtown location at Atlanta Center Plaza in early summer. Steve Morgan of Grubb & Ellis' Atlanta office, along with Mark Kercher of Studley's Atlanta office, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Additionally, IMG Worldwide has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease. The company plans to move into the space in June. Jason Schulz of Chicago-based The J Rich Co., along with Russ Jobson and Jeff Kelley of Colliers International's Atlanta office, represented the tenant.
BOSTON — The Parthenon Group, a Boston-based strategic advisory firm, has signed a 46,000-square-foot lease at 50 Rowes Wharf in Boston. The firm will occupy floors five and six in the building, which is owned by Equity Office Properties. Bill Barrack and Ben Heller of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction. The Parthenon Group plans to move from its current location at 200 State St. to its new space in early 2013.
DALLAS — Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the lease of 32,028 square feet of office space at The Towers at Williams Square, located at 5215 N. O'Connor Blvd. in Dallas' Las Colinas submarket. Brad Selner and Andy Leatherman of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the tenant, The Ethos Group, in the lease transaction. Bill Brokaw of Cousins Properties' Dallas office represented the landlord, TIAA Realty, Inc.
SAN FRANCISCO – Citygroup Center, a 719,000-square-foot, Class-A office tower in San Francisco’s Financial District, has signed 10 new leases and lease renewals totaling 60,000 square feet. These lease transactions have increased the tower’s occupancy by 10 percent. It is now 82 percent leased. Newly signed leases included Industry Capital Holdings for about 9,400 square feet; One Beacon Insurance Company for 6,401 square feet; Kelly, Hockel & Klein for 5,603 square feet; Cole-Frieman & Mallon for 5,162 square feet; Acquity Group for 5,042 square feet; Pivot Point Capital for 4,673 square feet; Gross Belsky Alonso LLP for 3,469 square feet; Chopper Trading for 3,373 square feet; and Venture Capital Fund of America III for 2,749 square feet. Korn/Ferry International also signed a lease renewal for 17,440 square feet. The building’s leasing efforts are managed by Meade Boutwell, Phil Tippett, Jak Churton and Cori English of CB Richard Ellis’ San Francisco office. The building, which is also known as One Sansome Street, is owned by Barker Pacific Group.
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIF. — Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh (JDTP) has signed a seven-year lease renewal valued at $2.5 million at Westlake Plaza Center III. The law firm occupies the second floor of the three-story building. JDTP was represented by Studley’s Royce Sharf, Andrew Lustgarten, and Denise Shay. The plaza’s owner, Topa Equities, was represented in-house by Robin Platt.
ROCKLEIGH, N.Y. — Spectra East has renewed and expanded its lease to 123,000 square feet at 8 King Rd. in Rockleigh. Spectra is a division of Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, an integrated dialysis company. Spectra, which uses the property as a testing facility, expanded its lease by 10,000 square feet. The building is owned by GHP Office Realty and a group of private investors.
GRAND PRAIRIE — B&E Industries has leased 72,865 square feet of office/warehouse space, located at 2895 133th St. in Grand Prairie. Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn's Dallas office represented the landlord, John Wilkerson, in the lease transaction. Shane Clark of Fort Worth-based PSC Consulting Services represented the tenant.
RICHMOND — Longhorn Excavators has sold 9,544 square feet of office/warehouse space, located at 8653 FM 2759 in Richmond, to Michael McGuire and Pamela McGuire. The McGuires will lease the property to WinSim Inc. Longhorn Excavators will move its operations to a 4,000-square-foot warehouse building, located at 1625 Cottonwood School in Rosenberg. Linda Scruton of RE/MAX represented the undisclosed landlord in the Rosenberg lease transaction. Glenn Nichols of Glenn Nichols Realty represented the buyer in the Richmond transaction. Jennifer Raymond with ICO Commercial represented Longhorn Excavators in both transactions.
PHOENIX — Aon Corporation and Apogee Physicians have both signed leases at Camelback Esplanade in Phoenix. Aon has leased 10,800 square feet, while Apogee is expanding its presence to about 15,400 square feet at the mixed-use project. It had previously occupied 10,843 square feet. Both tenants were represented by Vince Femiano of Transwestern. The Esplanade’s landlord, MetLife, was represented by Jerry Jacobs, Larry Downey and Michael Crystal of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona.
