OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. —Stalco Construction has completed the $1.2 million construction of a 4,200-square-foot bursar office, waiting lobby and 2,600-square-foot financial aid office at the State University of New York's The College at Old Westbury campus in Old Westbury. Stalco served as general contractor and Kliment Halsband Architects designed the interiors.

MCALLEN — LNR Partners has sold a 24,708-square-foot office building, located in the Executive Business Center at 801 E. Fern Ave. in McAllen. Rob Chandler of Houston-based Moody Rambin Investment Services represented the seller in the transaction.
CAMBRIDGE — New Boston Fund, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, has sold a two-story office property at 70 Fawcett St. in Cambridge for a reported $13.6 million. New Boston Fund and Cabot, Cabot & Forbes negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer, O'Connor Capital Properties. O'Connor plans to convert the property into a 429-unit residential community. The property currently houses a 141,000-square-foot office building.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — TD Bank has plans to undergo a $17.1 million renovation of its 300,000-square-foot corporate operations, located at 200 Carolina Point Pkwy. in Greenville. As a result, TD Bank will create more than 1,400 jobs in the next 3 to 5 years. The buildings are designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. Construction is slated to begin in early 2012.
CLEARWATER, FLA. — AmeriLife Group has signed a 70,706-square-foot lease at the 146,000-square-foot Prestige Place, a two-building office park located at 2600-2650 McCormick Dr. in Clearwater. Alan Feldshue and Melanie Jackson of Colliers International's Tampa Bay, Fla., office represented the tenant in the lease transaction. FAIRFIELD, N.J. — PPI Time Zone Inc., an electronic manufacturing services company, has signed a long-term, 30,000-square-foot office lease at 11 Madison Ave. in Fairfield. James Scancarella and Edward English of CresaPartners' New Jersey office represented PPI Time Zone in the transaction. PHILADELPHIA — Thomas Properties Group has signed Ernst & Young, an assurance, tax and advisory services firm, to a 74,240-square-foot lease at the One Commerce Square building in Philadelphia. A tenant in the adjoining twin Two Commerce building since 1992, Ernst & Young is relocating more than 800 professionals from its current space. Joe McManus and Morgan Murray of Thomas Group Properties represented Ernst & Young in the transaction.
HOUSTON — Sugar Land-based American Commercial Contractors has commenced construction on Houston-based DataVox's $10 million, 48,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, located along West Sam Houston Parkway near Bellaire Boulevard in Houston. The three-story building will feature a three-story glass curtain wall atrium, sky bridges, a large server room, a networking operational center and a warehouse. The new headquarters are slated for completion in September 2012.
HOUSTON — TPG/CalSTRS LLC, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Thomas Properties Group, has sold the 578,284-square-foot 2500 CityWest Boulevard, an office building located in Houston for $16 million. The property recently received LEED Silver certification. The sale also includes adjacent land parcels totaling 6.3 acres.
