Located on 8.15 acres, the property is mostly occupied by Kaiser Permanente. HL Commercial’s Tony Diosi represented the Marin County, California-based buyer in the transaction, and Sperry Van Ness’ Dean Corey and Troy Meyer represented the seller, SGMP/Quad at Lowry LP.

WILSONVILLE, ORE. — Grubb & Ellis has negotiated a 131,793-square-foot, Class A office lease at 27500 SW Parkway Ave. in Wilsonville. Grubb & Ellis’ David Squire and Jake Lancaster represented the building owner, Washington Capital Management, in the transaction with the lessee, Oregon Institute of Technology, which was represented by Melvin Mark Brokerage Co.’s Pat Schreck and Tim Parker. The college signed a 10-year lease with an option to purchase at the four-story building, which was previously InFocus’ headquarters.
HOUSTON — Sutherland Asbill & Brennan has signed a 41,410-square-foot lease for space in Houston's First City Tower, brining the building's occupancy to 92 percent. The LEED-ED office property, which is owned by FC Tower Property Partners, is located at 1001 Fannin St. First City Tower stands 49 stories and spans 1.3 million square feet. Cushman & Wakefield 's Kevin Snodgrass represented the tenant. Colvill Office Properties' Chip Colvill and Michael Anderson represented FC Tower Property Partners.
FRISCO, TEXAS — Four companies have signed leases with Hall Financial Group at the firm's Hall Office Park in Frisco. ActionCOACH signed a 4,023-square-foot lease at 2401 Internet Blvd. Studley's Ric Kanatzar represented the tenant. Tribridge signed a 3,030-square-foot lease at 3000 Internet Blvd., and Andy Leatherman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the firm. Viamedia signed a 2,823-square-foot lease at 2600 Network Blvd., and Perquest signed a 1,604-square-foot expansion at 2801 Network Blvd. L.J. Erickson of Duggan Realty Advisors negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Kim Butler and Tammy Lomonaco represented the landlord in house.
SAN DIEGO — Stoneridge Capital Partners has acquired the 46,620-square-foot Four Governor Park office property located at 5080 and 5090 Shoreham Place in San Diego. The multi-tenant development is currently 90 percent leased. Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial’s Brian Driscoll represented the seller in the all-cash transaction.
CHICAGO — Law firm Olgetree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart P.C. has selected McShane Construction Co. to complete its 15,300-square-foot, tenant improvement project in Chicago. The Chicago-based law firm is relocating to 155 North Wacker Drive from 20 South Clark Street. The project includes the construction of 36 private offices, 12 soft offices, three conference rooms, an extensive law library and a kitchen/breakroom. McShane is using high-end finishes, including millwork, fabric paneling and motorized sunshades, for the project. ASD Architects is providing architectural services for the project, which is scheduled for completion in September.
WOODBRIDGE, CONN. — Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut has completed the sale of Woodbridge Corporate Park for $5.07 million. The property consits of a 49,965-square-foot office building located at 1764 Litchfield Turnpike in Woodbridge. The buyer, Aliquant Corp., plans to eventually assume occupancy of the entire building as its existing leases expire. Robert Motley of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut represented the undisclosed seller and procured Aliquant.
LOS ANGELES — Madison Partners has completed the $4.3 million sale of a 13,565-square-foot, Class A office building located at 4500 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. Situated in the Park Mile submarket, the three-story property was vacant at the time of sale. Madison Partners’ Lynwood Fields and Joe King represented the seller, 4500 Wilshire LLC, in the transaction, and Paul Asher of Building Capital Realty represented the buyer, Salomon Investment Partners LLC.
