Beltwood Parkway in Farmers Brach. Tony Gilbert of Capital Property Advisors represented the buyer. Ric Kanatzar and Adam Petrillo of Studley represented the seller.
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZ. — Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has completed the $3.1 million sale of a 42,126-square-foot Class B office building at Red Rock Business Center, located at 17100 E. Shea Blvd. and 9624 N Monterey Road in Fountain Hills. Lincoln, Neb.-based BRM Arizona LLC purchased the 50 percent-leased building from CTF5-Firerock LLC. Cassidy Turley’s Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Bodek and Rhodes, an activewear wholesaler, has signed a 140,015-square-foot lease renewal with Duke Realty Corp. for space in the Parksouth Distribution Center. The property, Parksouth B, is located at 2500 Principal Row in Orlando. Tim Perry served as in-house representation for Duke.
SANDUSKY, OHIO — Hoty Builders has completed the construction of an 8,200-square-foot office building in Sandusky. Located at 252 Wayne St., the property is leased to the United States General Services Administration and occupied by the Social Securities Administration (SSA).
HOUSTON — Parkway Properties has sold the 162,909-square-foot One Park 10 Plaza to Beacon Investment Properties for an undisclosed amount. The Class A property is located at 16225 Park 10 Place in Houston. Tenants such as GGS Spectrum and J. Connor Consulting occupy 93.7 percent of the building. Dan Miller and Trent Agnew of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller.
CHICAGO — Vibes Media has leased 21,620 square feet of space at 300 W. Adams St. in Chicago. The company, a national mobile media expert, will relocate from 205 W. Wacker St. in the third quarter. Matt Carolan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant; Chris Cassata from CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed landlord. Additional terms of the lease were not released.
NEW YORK CITY — The Kaufman Organization has brokered an 18,500-square-foot office lease at 475 Tenth Ave. on Manhattan's West Side. LivePerson Inc. will occupy the space for a 10-year term. The asking rent for the space was $35 per square foot. Michael Kaufman and Grant Greenspan of The Kaufman Group represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Kristin Fisher of Adler Group represented the undisclosed landlord.
MILWAUKEE — Corithian Colleges Inc. has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet of office space in Milwaukee. The company is leasing space at Haymarket Square, which is located at 1311 N. Sixth St. in Milwaukee. Lyle Landowski, Mike Fardy and Scott Welsh of Inland Cos. brokered the deal. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MILWAUKEE — Strayer University Inc. has leased 14,922 square feet of office space at Honey Creek IV. The property is located at 9000 W. Chester Ave. in Milwaukee. Lyle Landowski and Steve Pape of Inland Cos. brokered the deal. The landlord and lease price were not released.
IRVING, TEXAS — The General Services Administration has leased 30,000 square feet of flex office space at Parc 114, which will encompass 600,000 square feet when completed. Construction of the property, which borders the DFW International Airport in Irving, began in March and will wrap up in December. The GSA's 15-year lease is the first deal signed at the property, which is a joint venture between Jackson-Shaw and ORIX Real Estate Capital. Chris Jackson, Bob Hagewood and Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty brokered the lease.
