DANBURY, CONN. — Goodfellow Ashmore | CORFAC Internattional has brokered the sale of a commercial property located at 66 Wooster Heights in Danbury for $1.8 million. The 5.02-acre property contains a former house and barn that were converted into office and warehouse space, respectively. The two buildings total 6,752 square feet. The seller was Bartlett Realty, which had previously leased the property to Bartlett Tree Service, one of its affiliates. Ernie Badillo of Goodfellow Ashmore represented Bartlett Realty as well as the buyer, locally based JAR Associates.

LOS ANGELES — PMCF Properties LLC has sold an 82,000-square-foot office building, located at 12304 Santa Monica Blvd. in west Los Angeles, for $16 million. Built in 1981, the three-story, multi-tenant office building was 55 percent occupied at the time of sale. Madison Partners’ Bob Safai, Lynwood Fields and Joe King represented the seller in the lender-facilitated transaction, and Craig Newlands and T.C. Macker of Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC represented the buyer, 12304 Santa Monica Blvd LLC.
IRVINE, CALIF. — Grubb & Ellis has represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in a 5-year, 127,718-square-foot office lease renewal at 1833 Alton Parkway in Irvine. Grubb & Ellis’ Chon Kantikovit, Maury Gentile and Mike Carson represented the financial services firm, which utilizes the facility for loan servicing operations. Legacy Partners, the property’s landlord, represented itself in the transaction.
BELLEVUE, WASH. — The Bellevue office of GVA Kidder Mathews has handled Legacy Partners I Bellevue I-90 LLC’s $27 million sale of a 90,725-square-foot office property, located at 3460-3350 161st Ave. SE in Bellevue, to Realty Associate Advisors LLC. GVAKM’s Bob Conrad, Joe Lynch, Brian Hatcher and Andy Miller represented the seller in the transaction.
BALTIMORE — Ober|Kaler has signed a 94,213-square-foot lease with an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust in Baltimore. Located at 100 Light St., the office space is situated in a 35-story skyscraper formerly known as the Legg Mason building. The tenant will move in April 1, 2011. The lease, which expires in 2026, will bring the building's occupancy to 44 percent. Lexington Realty Trust is currently undertaking $43.1 million worth of upgrades to the building, including the construction of a $23.3 million parking garage. EULESS, TEXAS — The General Services Administration has leased 40,000 square feet of office space from an undisclosed landlord in Westpark Centre, located at 150 Westpark Way in Euless. The space will be occupied by the United States Customs and Border Protection, an offshoot of the Department of Homeland Security. Westpark Centre is now 90 percent occupied. CB Richard Ellis' Chris Mickey and Jerry Cobb represented the GSA. SCM Real Estate Services' Darrel Higginbotham represented the landlord.
NORWALK, CONN. — Online travel service provider Priceline.com has signed a long-term lease for its new headquarters. The company will occupy 69,882-square-foot of office space within River Park, a 412,000-square-foot trophy property located at 800 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk. David Block and Michael Siegel of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford, Conn., office represented the landlord, Carter & Associates A/A/F River Park Property Ownership LLC, in lease negotiations. Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Priceline.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — ThinkCash has signed a 63,312-square-foot lease renewal with General Electric Credit Equity for space in its International Plaza Building. The lease includes a 21,176-square-foot expansion in the building, which is located at 4150 International Plaza in Fort Worth. The lease also includes a stipulation that the property will be renamed the ThinkCash Building. Jim Lob of UGL Equis' Dallas office represented the tenant. GVA Cawley's John Grace represented the landlord.
NEW YORK CITY — PineBridge Investments will lease 111,728 square feet of office space at the 399 Park Avenue trophy tower for its New York headquarters. The lease comprises all of the building's fourth floor and a portion of the sixth floor. PineBridge, which was formerly known as AIG Investments, will sublease 72,647 square feet from Legg Mason through September 2017, and the lease will convert to a direct lease with landlord Boston Properties after that. The remaining 39,081 square feet will be directly leased through Boston Properties for a 15-year term. PineBridge will consolidate is operations at 70 Pine St. and 277 Park Ave. to the new location and will take occupancy this summer. Mitchell Steir, Matthew Barlow and David Goldstein of Studley represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Situated in the Georgetown Office Park, the property is located at 17766 Preston Road. The Colliers Ownership Advisory Group represented the seller, who also previously occupied the property.
