EATONTOWN, N.J. — The New Jersey office of FirstService Williams has arranged a 15,500-square-foot office lease in Eatontown. Wentworth will relocate its offices from nearby West Long Branch, N.J., to the new space, located at 17-21 Christopher Way within Eatontown Industrial Park. Jamie Drummon of FirstService Williams represented Wentworth in lease negotiations. The landlord, The Donato Group, provided in-house representation.

MIAMI, FLA. — Miller Construction Co. has completed a $43 million renovation of the Omni International Mall in Miami, creating The Omni Offices from 320,000 square feet of retail space. Phase two of the project, which is being developed by Argent Ventures, calls for an additional conversion of 280,000 square feet of retail space. The project features green construction aspects, including the use of low-emission glazing and heat-reflective roofing. The Government Services Administration has leased 28,000 square feet in the new space.

BOSTON — Accounting firm KPMG LLP will anchor Two Financial Center, a new 220,000-square-foot office tower currently under construction in Boston's Financial District. The tenant will occupy approximately 96,0000 square feet, consisting of floors one through six. KPMG has also selected Jones Lang LaSalle to complete a $5.8 million interior build-out of the space in preparation for the tenant's June occupancy. A joint venture between ASB Capital Management and Lincoln Property Co. owns and is developing Two Financial Place. The project is applying for LEED-Gold certification.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Spire Realty Group has purchased Chase Tower, a 21-story, Class A office tower located at 221 W. Sixth St. in Austin's central business district. The building contains 389,502 rentable square feet and was 96 percent leased at the time of closing. Spire plans to complete capital improvements to the building in the near-term. Andrew Levy and Todd Savage of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the sellers: ERG Chase Tower LP, Chase Tower REO LP, NNN OF8 Chase Tower REO LP and NNN VF Chase Tower REO LP. Spire provided in-house representation.

LAS VEGAS — CORE Construction-Nevada has completed the new five-story, 187,467-square-foot Campos Office Building and Parking Structure at 215 E. Bonanza Road in Las Vegas. The Nevada State Public Works Board contracted CORE to complete the $26.8 million project, which began in early March 2008. Designed by award-winning SH Architecture to meet or exceed a LEED Silver rating, the project included demolition of the original two-story, 40,000-square-foot structure on the 1.6-acre site. The Nevada State Department of Parole and Probation occupies a majority of the building, and the Nevada Department of Transportation is also a tenant.

LOVELAND, COLO. — Investment group MJB RV2 LLC has purchased the three-story, 39,000-square-foot Rangeview Two lakefront office building for $10.75 million. Built in 2006 and 100 percent occupied, Rangeview Two is part of the Rangeview office campus on Rocky Mountain Avenue in Centerra, McWhinney’s 3,000-acre, master-planned development. Peter Kast of Fort Collins, Colo.-based Realtec Commercial Real Estate and Mark Norem of Montana-based Mark Norem Real Estate assisted in the Class A office sale.

STOW, OHIO — Interchez Properties has acquired 600 Alpha Park in Stow. Built in 2008, the freestanding property offers 10,000 square feet of office space. Family Man Properties sold the building for an undisclosed price. Bill Monbeck of William Monbeck Realty represented the buyer; Robert Brehmer and Lisa Trevino of NAI Daus represented the seller in the transaction.

STAMFORD, CONN. — Affinion Group has subleased 140,395 square feet of office space at 6 High Ridge Park in Stamford. The company will occupy all of Buildings A and C, along with a portion of Building B, as its corporate headquarters. The move will happen in April. The previous tenant, UST, relocated to Richmond, Va., following its acquisition by Altria Group. Kevin Foley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Paul Jacobs of CB Richard Ellis represented the sublandlord. 6 High Ridge Park is part of a six-building office complex that comprises 583,000 of Class A space on 40 landscaped acres.

FORT MYERS, FLA. — Fort Myers-based GT 40 has sold a 15,200-square-foot office building to Bonita Springs, Fla.-based 4571 Building LLC for $3.1 million. The buyer will reposition the property, located at 4571 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers, for medical use. Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold and Land Solutions' Randy Thibaut and Janie Hooker brokered the sale.

DALLAS — Construction will begin next month for a $5 million renovation to One McKinney Plaza, a 15-story, 256,543-square-foot office building located at 3232 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. Construction will consist of the conversion of the building's two-story annex into retail and restaurant use. Construction is expected to take 8 months to complete. Gaedeke Group is the owner of One McKinney Plaza. The project architect is Dallas-based BOKA Powell, and the general contractor is Austin Commercial. In a separate initiative, Gardeke Group is also seeking LEED for Existing Buildings certification for the building, which is already Energy Star rated.
