Flagler Real Estate Services’ Stuart Gordon and Chris Sutton represented the landlord. Capital Commercial Group’s Ernesto Casal represented the tenant.

TAUNTON, MASS. — Richards Barry Joyce & Partners (RBJ) has brokered a long-term, 61,500-square-foot lease renewal for Kopin Corp., located at 200 John Hancock Rd. in Taunton. Situated in Myles Standish Industrial Park, the building serves as Kopin’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for its III-V and military display products. The lease is for a 10-year term. John Lashar, Paul Leone and Caleb Hudak of RBJ represented Kopin in the lease. The landlord, Bridgewater Wyman, was represented in-house.
SAN ANTONIO — Tesoro Corp. has relocated its San Antonio headquarters, which is now located at 19100 Ridgewood Parkway. The 610.000-square-foot complex is expected to earn the U.S Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification. This project is the third and largest in San Antonio to be LEED certified. Tesoro Corp. outgrew its 140,000-square-foot, four-building facility, also located in San Antonio at U.S. Highway 251 and Jones Maltsberger Rd. Whataburger has now leased that property. Tesoro is consolidating four of its area offices in the new location.
SANTA CLARITA, CALIF. — Advanced Bionics, a U.S.-based manufacturer of cochlear implants, has signed a 10-year lease for Summit Oaks, a five-story office building located within Valencia in Santa Clarita. The 146,385-square-foot property is owned by the developer, which is a joint venture between Parker Properties and DEXUS Property Group. The tenant is consolidating two locations into the new space, which is located at 28515 Westinghouse Place. Craig Peters, Doug Sonderegger and Bennett Robinson, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant; Doug Marlow and David Solomon of CB Richard Ellis represented the owners in the transaction. The value of the lease was not disclosed.
ATLANTA — Leapfrog Services has signed a lease with Duke Realty for 23,622 square feet of space in its Druid Chase office development. The 80,249-square-foot building, located at 1190 W. Druid Hills Dr. in Atlanta, is now 91 percent leased. Cushman & Wakefield’s John O’Neill and Allison Bittel represented the tenant, and Wes Hardy served as in-house representation for Duke Realty.
WESTWOOD, MASS. — FHO Partners has negotiated a 33,857-square-foot lease renewal for office space at 20 Southwest Park in Westwood. The space was leased by Acumentrics Corp. Owned by Maric, Inc., Southwest Park is strategically located I-95 and Route 1. Sean Teague and Leeanne Rizzo of FHO represented Acumentrics Corp.
IRVINE, CALIF. — AFCowan has purchased a 10,568-square-foot office property in Irvine. Located at 17772 Cowan, the property sold for $3.45 million. Greg Sargenti of Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer; David Bolt and Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Carmen LLC, in the transaction.
CHICAGO — Transwestern has brokered a 7-year, 17.983-square-foot office lease on behalf of WH Trading in downtown Chicago. The proprietary trading firm has tripled its office space through its expansion into space located within the 31-story, 553,884-square-foot 125 South Wacker Drive office tower. Tony Karmin and Corby Marx of Transwestern negotiated the lease on behalf of WH Trading; Samuel Schaefer represented the undisclosed landlord.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA. — Fairfax, Va.-based Chalmers Property Co. has purchased the 160,000-square-foot Three Flint Hill office building from Three Flint Hill Limited Partnership for an undisclosed amount. The eight-story property is located in the Flint Hill Office Park at 3201 Jermantown Rd. in Fairfax County.
ORLANDO, FLA. — AT&T Corp. has leased 186,275 square feet of office space from a joint venture between Tower Realty Partners and The Praedium Group. The space is located in the Oak Ridge Office Park in Orlando. Tiffany Zullo of Tower Realty represented the owner.
