Bethesda, Md. — Artery Plaza, an 11-story, Class A office building in downtown Bethesda was sold to JBG Companies for $135 million. Artery Group, sold the property and was represented by the investment sales team of Jim Meisel, Dek Potts and Andrew Pulliam of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Washington, D.C. office. The building features 276,191 square feet of office space and is adjacent to Bethesda Row, a 280,000-square-foot retail development. Artery Plaza is 94 percent leased to tenants including Linowes & Blocher law firm, Cambridge Information Group, PNC Financial, University Research, Edens & Avant, Greystone Servicing Corp. and Artery Group. The property is located at 7200 Wisconsin Avenue.

Roswell, Ga. — Charlotte, N.C.-based Southeast Capital Associates has acquired the corporate headquarters of Georgia Prudential Realty, located in Roswell. The 11,700-square-foot building is situated on less than an acre on Holcomb Bridge Road and was leased back to Georgia Prudential Realty for a 10-year term. Southeast Commercial Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

HOUSTON — Behringer Harvard has acquired Westway One, a three-story office property located at 11210 Equity Dr. in Houston. Situated on 9 acres, the 143,000-square-foot property is part of a master-planned commercial development called Westway Business Park. The property is 78 percent leased to NATCO, Seadrill Americas Inc. and Petro Technics USA.Behringer Harvard purchased the property for an undisclosed fee from the original developer and owner, Dienna Nelson Augustine Co.

CHINO, CALIF. — ODW Logistics Inc. has signed a long-term lease to occupy Building 30 at Majestic Spectrum, a 425-acre business park in Chino. Located at 13725-13835 Pipeline Ave., the facility offers 300,000 square feet of industrial space. ODW provides logistics services for Pioneer Electronics, Edwards Lifesciences and Broan NuTone, among others. Trent Wydle and Justin Wheeler provided in-house representation for the owner-developer, Majestic Realty Co., in the transaction; Tim O’Rourke and Dan McGillicuddy of Los Angeles-based The Staubach Company represented ODW.

SAN DIEGO — Providence Chesapeake LLC has purchased a 50,520-square-foot office building, which is located at 9573-9577 Chesapeake Dr. in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa area. Chesapeake Drive LP sold the property for $14.6 million. Constructed in 1985, the property was 80 percent leased to Northrop Grumman at the time of acquisition. Greg Lewis of Cushman & Wakefield and Eric Thies of BRNIKA Inc. brokered the transaction.
