MCKINNEY, TEXAS — Developer KDC has completed a 100,000-square-foot corporate campus in McKinney for building materials supplier SRS Distribution Inc. The property is located within the Hub 121 mixed-use development and is expected to house about 150 employees. Construction on the four-story, Class A building, which offers indoor and outdoor amenity space, began in March 2019. Gensler designed the project, and Adolfson & Peterson served as the general contractor.

EL PASO, TEXAS — Dallas-based Blue Road Investments LLC has acquired a 51,160-square-foot warehouse and distribution building located at 9555 Plaza Circle in El Paso. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to three tenants in the logistics and transportation industry. Will Brown of locally based brokerage firm Sonny Brown & Associates brokered the deal.
OKLAHOMA — Carnegie Capital has arranged an $11.5 million loan for the refinancing for three skilled nursing facilities totaling 330 licensed beds in southern-central Oklahoma. The borrower is a local owner-operator, and the lender is an Arkansas-based regional bank. J.D. Stettin of Carnegie Capital arranged the loan, which features a fixed 3.99 percent interest rate for five years. The names of the facilities were not disclosed.
NEW YORK CITY AND WASHINGTON, D.C. — Dwight Capital, a private commercial real estate lender based in New York City, has acquired Love Funding, the Washington, D.C.-based HUD lending subsidiary of Midland States Bank. As a result of this acquisition, Dwight Capital claims it is now the largest dedicated HUD multifamily and healthcare financing firm in the nation. The Love Funding platform will be integrated within Dwight Capital’s existing operating structure. Midland States Bank will retain the existing Love Funding servicing portfolio. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BOSTON — MassHousing, an independent public agency that funds affordable housing properties in Massachusetts, has provided $25 million in financing for the renovation of Morse Apartments, a 99-unit community located in the Brookline neighborhood of Boston. The financing, which includes tax-exempt housing revenue bonds and Low Income Housing Tax Credits, will preserve the affordability of the community for another 75 years. The borrower was Brookline Housing Authority. Morse Apartments was constructed in 1973 at 90 Longwood Ave. and is reserved for low-income senior citizens. Renovations are expected to be complete by summer 2022.
PITTSBURGH — Dollar Bank, a regional lender serving Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia, has signed a 76,000-square-foot lease for its new office headquarters in Pittsburgh. The company will relocate from Gateway Center to a building located at 20 Stanwix St., which offers amenities such as a fitness center, conferencing facility and indoor and outdoor tenant lounges. Under the terms of the 16-year lease, Dollar Bank will occupy four floors and a ground-floor reception suite beginning in the first quarter of next year.
ALLENTOWN, PA. — NAI Summit has negotiated an 8,400-square-foot, long-term industrial lease at 1032-1036 N. Irving St. in Allentown. The property recently received more than $100,000 in capital improvements and now houses an office and a showroom in addition to warehouse space. Jay Haines of NAI Summit represented the tenant, JJC Flooring LLC, and the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.
HARRISBURG, PA. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 4,495-square-foot retail property net leased to Panera Bread in Harrisburg. The store is located on an outparcel of High Point Commons, a 324,000-square-foot power center that houses retailers such as Orangetheory Fitness, Petco and Verizon Wireless. Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction. Sean Beuche of Marcus & Millichap also assisted with the deal.
SACRAMENTO — RevOZ Capital has formed a joint venture with Argosy Real Estate Partners to purchase a 127,000-square-foot office property located at 660 J St. in downtown Sacramento. SG Downtown LLC, an affiliate of the Sacramento Kings ownership group, sold the building for an undisclosed price. The joint venture plans to rehabilitate and re-image the four-story building into a mix of office and retail space to complement the recently completed Downtown Commons (DoCo) sports and entertainment district. Renovation plans include redesigning the building to LEED-certification standards, re-skinning the building’s exterior, recreating a lobby, adding on-site amenities, creating new outdoor space, updating restrooms and modernizing building systems. LPA is serving as architect and Cushman & Wakefield will market the property upon completion in late 2021.
KAYSVILLE, UTAH — Lincoln Property Co. (LPC) has acquired Access Park, an industrial campus in Kaysville and the company’s first acquisition in Utah. Access Park LLC sold the property for an undisclosed price. Located at 505 N. Kays Drive within Kaysville Business Park, Access Park features a total of 212,950 square feet of Class A industrial space spread across three fully occupied buildings. The park includes two newly built, 69,101-square-foot distribution buildings and one 74,784-square-foot industrial and manufacturing building. The facilities offer clear heights ranging from 22 feet to 32 feet and a total of 74 dock-high and ground-level doors. LPC Desert West will manage Access Park as part of its more than 7 million-square-foot regional management portfolio. Kip Paul, Rhett Bue and Jorgi Paul of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.
