HENDERSON, NEV. — At Home Group Inc. has opened its first Nevada location in Henderson. The home décor superstore is the company’s westernmost location as it enters its 33rd state. Nevada’s first At Home is more than 140,000 square feet and offers over 50,000 home décor items from furniture, mirrors, rugs, art and housewares to tabletop, patio and seasonal items, including more than 100 different Christmas tree varieties. The Henderson At Home is one of more than 25 new store openings this year for the home décor chain. The company is headquartered in Plano, Texas, and currently operates 136 stores in 33 states.

Greystone Provides $78.4M HUD Loan for 510-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City

NEW YORK CITY — Greystone has provided a $78.4 million HUD-insured permanent loan to refinance Boro Park Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brooklyn. Fred Levine of Greystone originated the financing for the borrower, Centers Health Care. The borrowers have invested more than $20 million in renovations to the property, which it acquired more than five years ago. Boro Park Center features a variety of clinical services, including amputee recovery and training; cardiac therapy; comfort care and palliative care; dental services; isolation rooms; occupational therapy; oxygen management; peripherally inserted central catheter management; physical therapy; pleurx management; post-surgical orthopedic care; respiratory management; speech therapy; stroke rehabilitation; and tracheostomy care.
NEW YORK CITY — Sun Moon LLC is developing a Marriott Fairfield at 100 Greenwich St. in Lower Manhattan. Slated to open this summer, the 75,000-square-foot hotel will feature 192 rooms and 2,400 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and bar space. Gene Kaufman Architect designed the hotel, which features a five-story black granite base. The hotel’s 25-story tower uses air rights that were part of a zoning lot assemblage. The assemblage includes a previously completed 50-story Holiday Inn, located at 99 Washington St. VLDG designed the interior of the hotel.
NEW YORK CITY — Rosewood Realty Group has arranged the sale of two contiguous five-story apartment buildings in Manhattan’s Washington Heights neighborhood. 25 Ridge LLC and 560 West 184th Street Owners LLC acquired the buildings, located at 558 and 560 W. 184th St., for $12.3 million. The sellers were 25 Ridge LLC, 558 West 184th Street Owners LLC and 560 West 184th Street Owners LLC. The buildings feature 109 single-room units. Jonathan Brody of Rosewood Realty represented the buyers, while Aaron Jungreis, also of Rosewood, represented the sellers in the deal.
BAYONNE, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a retail property located at 563-567 Broadway in Bayonne. A private investor sold the property for $1.1 million, or $192 per square foot. The building features 5,600 square feet of retail space. Fahri Ozturk and Tyler Van Wagoner of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer, a private investor, in the deal.
PRINCETON, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of an office building, located at 103 Carnegie Center Drive in Princeton. Boston Properties acquired the 96,000-square-foot building from Mack-Cali Realty Corp. for $15.8 million. The three-story building features flexible floor plans accommodating tenants from 500 square feet to 15,000 square feet. Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Frank DiTommaso II and Andrew Schwartz of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.
BELTON, MO. — Christie Development has broken ground on the $63 million second phase of construction for the Belton Gateway in Belton, about 20 miles south of Kansas City. The retail property consists of more than 182,000 square feet of developable space. Infrastructure, pad site preparation and road reconstruction are underway, with the first restaurant slated to open later this year and five new retailers set to open in early 2018. The future home of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is under construction on the southeast corner of the 47-acre, $136 million mixed-use development. Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Party City, Petco and Five Below will also open at the property. Phase I construction included a 58,000-square-foot Academy Sports + Outdoors, a 55,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby and two multiple-tenant retail buildings that are home to Belton Family Dental Care, Fazoli’s and Cricket Wireless.
CHICAGO — GATX Corp. has signed a 90,000-square-foot office lease to relocate its global headquarters to Willis Tower in Chicago. The railcar leasing company currently occupies office space at 222 West Adams St. in Chicago. Willis Tower is undergoing a renovation to include amenities such as a tenant lounge, fitness center and café. Joy Jordan, Jamey Dix and Brian Whiting of Telos represented Equity Office in the lease transaction, while Melissa Copley of Newmark Knight Frank represented GATX Corp. Equity Office is the U.S. office portfolio company wholly owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds. Blackstone acquired Willis Tower in 2015.
BROWN DEER, WIS. — The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 117,546-square-foot industrial building in Brown Deer, a suburb of Milwaukee. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 8900 N. 55th St. STAG III Milwaukee 2 LLC purchased the property from 55th Street Industrial LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Roger B. Siegel of Dickman Co. brokered the transaction.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — ML Realty Partners has acquired a 74,072-square-foot industrial property in Elk Grove Village. The purchase price was not disclosed. The building, 100 percent leased to a single tenant, is located at 2601 Lively Blvd. near Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Phil Reiff Jr. and Phil Reiff Sr. of Paine/Wetzel represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
