WEST LEBANON, N.H. — NKF Capital Markets has arranged the sale of The Windalier Portfolio, a retail portfolio located in West Lebanon. The Davis Companies acquired the portfolio from Dead River Properties for $27.1 million. Totaling 230,035 square feet, the portfolio comprises Kmart Plaza, Miracle Mile Shopping Center and North Country Plaza, all of which are located along or near Route 12A. At the time of sale, the portfolio was 96 percent occupied. Kmart, TJMaxx and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores are tenants at the portfolio. Justin Smith, Robert Griffin and Geoffrey Millerd of NKF represented the seller in the deal.

Onyx Equities, Garrison Investment Acquire 285,000 SF Office Building Paramus, New Jersey

PARAMUS, N.J. — Onyx Equities, in a joint venture with Garrison Investment Group, has acquired the leasehold interest in an office building located at 61 S. Paramus Road in Paramus. Mack-Cali Realty sold the 285,000-square-foot property for an undisclosed price. With this acquisition, the partnership’s Bergen County portfolio now comprises 1.4 million square feet across six assets located throughout Paramus and Rochelle Park. Cole Schotz P.C. and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy represented the buyer, while Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn, Michael Oliver, Stephen Simonelli and Marc Duval of HFF represented the seller in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — Madison Realty Capital has provided a $15 million bridge loan for a mixed-use development site located on three adjacent parcels in Brooklyn: 936 and 948 Myrtle Ave. and 258-264 Throop Ave. The borrower, a developer, has received approval for a 154,699-square-foot, three-building, mixed-use project. The developer plans to construct a residential project with rental and condominium units in three interconnected buildings with ground-floor retail space. Site excavation is nearly complete, and the borrower is moving forward with foundation work while pursuing approval for additional support through the Inclusionary Housing and Food Retail Expansion to Support Health programs.
Pearce/George J. Smith Commercial Arranges Sale of Industrial Building in Orange, Connecticut

ORANGE, CONN. — Pearce/George J. Smith Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of an industrial building situated on 6.5 acres at 70 Robinson Blvd. in Orange. Robin Equity LLC acquired the 50,666-square-foot property for an undisclosed price. The buyer will repurpose the building for American Seal & Engineering Corp. to serve as its new global corporate headquarters and main manufacturing facility for engineered products, advanced manufacturing technology, and product testing and development. Carl Russell of Pearce/George J. Smith Commercial represented the sellers, ALM Properties and MCM Investments in the deal.
CLEVELAND, OHIO — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has provided $163.1 million in financing through a Fannie Mae credit facility for the recapitalization of 14 manufactured housing properties in six states. Totaling 5,013 combined pad sites, the properties are part of a 23-property portfolio owned and operated by Inspire Communities. The property names were not disclosed. Todd Linehan of Key structured the financing with a 10-year term, five-year interest only period and 30-year amortization schedule. The loan will be cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted.
IOWA CITY, IOWA — CA Ventures and Janko Hospitality have topped off the Hyatt Place Iowa City. The 151-room hotel, currently under development, is located in one of two towers that comprise the venture’s RISE at Riverfront Crossings development. The 575,000-square-foot mixed-use development will also include a 332-unit apartment tower, retail and office space. Completion is slated for August 2018. Managed by Janko Hospitality, the hotel will feature guest suites with separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities will include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and dining area.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — Copaken Brooks and 3D Development have completed the lease-up of Corrigan Station, a 110,000-square-foot property in Kansas City. CardConnect, a company specializing in advanced payment solutions, has signed an 11,150-square-foot lease on the second floor and is expected to take occupancy in the first quarter of 2018. The construction of Corrigan Station involved the redevelopment of the historic 10-story Corrigan Building and a new adjacent parking structure, which was completed in December 2016. A rooftop penthouse was converted into a glass-walled conference room. Other tenants include WeWork, Holmes Murphy, Hollis and Miller, The Roasterie Café and Corvino Supper Club. Scott Miller and Brian Bacon of CBRE represented CardConnect in the lease transaction. Ryan Biery and John Coe of Copaken Brooks represented ownership.
BELVIDERE, ILL. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has arranged the sale of Belvidere Plaza in Belvidere, about 13 miles east of Rockford, for $1.5 million. The 28,094-square-foot property is located at 342-390 W. Chrysler Drive. Anchored by Family Dollar, the retail center houses a mix of local and national tenants. Chad Firsel of Quantum represented the seller, a Michigan-based property owner. Jack Farritor of Quantum represented the buyer, private real estate investors based in Washington, D.C.
WHEELING, ILL. — Millennium Properties R/E has brokered the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Wheeling for $1.4 million. The property, located at 140 Shepard Ave., is fully leased to multiple tenants. The building features 14-foot ceilings, two docks and 10 drive-in doors. Brad Thompson and Chet Evans of Millennium brokered the sale. Neither the name of the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.
Lancaster Pollard Closes Two Refinancings Totaling $57.1M for Seniors Housing Communities in Hawaii, Arizona

HONOLULU AND GREEN VALLEY, ARIZ. — Lancaster Pollard has arranged two Fannie Mae loans totaling $57.1 million for seniors housing communities in Honolulu and the Tucson suburb of Green Valley. The first transaction was a $51.2 million loan that refinanced construction debt for The Plaza at Waikiki in Honolulu. MW Group owns the property, which was built in 2015. The community has been named Hawaii’s best senior living facility by The Honolulu Star Advertiser for three consecutive years. Jason Dopoulos, Doug Harper and Casey Moore led this transaction for Lancaster Pollard. In the second transaction, Lancaster Pollard assisted Frontier Management with the $5.85 million refinancing of a 52-unit memory care community in Green Valley. The 15-year loan refinanced maturing debt. Harper and Moore led the effort for Lancaster Pollard on the second closing.
