SAN DIEGO — JLL Capital Markets has arranged a $27.6 million loan to refinance Torrey Hills Center, an 86,467-square-foot retail center located in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of San Diego. Vons Market anchors the center. Originally built in 2005, the property is 98.4 percent leased to a mix of 26 tenants including Orangetheory Fitness, Starbucks Coffee, Wells Fargo and JETSET Pilates. Greg Brown, John Marshall, Spencer Seibring and Allie Black of JLL’s Debt Advisory team represented the borrower, a national real estate investment and management firm, in arranging the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through a correspondent insurance company.

SAN ANTONIO — Atlanta-based brokerage firm Hunter Hotel Advisors has negotiated the sale of the 106-room Hilton San Antonio North Stone Oak hotel on the city’s north side. Rooms feature kitchenettes, and amenities include a fitness center and outdoor pool. A San Diego-based investor purchased the property from an institutional investment firm, with both parties requesting anonymity. Kami Burnette and Mason McDavid of Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale. The firm’s Adeel Amin arranged acquisition financing for the deal.
Colliers Arranges $6.5M Sale of Hannigan’s Mini Storage Facility in Hollister, California

HOLLISTER, CALIF. — The De Jong | Becher Self Storage Team at Colliers has arranged the sale of Hannigan’s Mini Storage facility in Hollister. Mechanics Banks, as trustee for the John A Maki Trust, sold the asset to National Storage Affiliates for $6.5 million. Located at 180 San Felipe Road, the fully stabilized self-storage facility features 330 units in 29,926 rentable square feet. The property will transition to Right Space Storage management and branding at close.
PARKER, COLO. — Trevey Commercial Real Estate has arranged the sale of a retail property located at 12810 Stroh Ranch Court in Parker. Journey Church Colorado acquired the asset from AKM Family LLP for $5.5 million. Situated on 1.5 acres, the building, which is currently leased by La-Z-Boy, offers 20,375 square feet. David Marulli, Tommy Daher and Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, while Tom Omdal and Katie Hummer of Kin Commercial represented the buyer in the deal.
OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — Northmarq has secured a $52 million Freddie Mac loan for the refinancing of Stonebriar Woods, a 476-unit apartment property in Overland Park. The garden-style community features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, fitness center and green space. Greg Duvall of Northmarq secured the loan on behalf of the borrower, Price Brothers, a Kansas City-based real estate investment and development firm.

CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has secured a 10,202-square-foot lease at 2155 Chenault Drive, and industrial flex property in the northern Dallas metro of Carrollton. The tenant, software company SIMStation, is relocating its U.S. headquarters from Miami to the 74,402-square-foot Avion Business Center. DAYTON, OHIO — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) has arranged a $6 million loan for the refinancing of Dayton Children’s Behavioral Health Center, a medical office facility located at 5501 Far Hills Ave. in Dayton. Dan Litman of MMCC arranged the financing with a regional bank on behalf of a local, privately held construction and real estate development company. The nonrecourse loan features a nine-year term, 75 percent loan-to-value ratio, 5.73 percent interest rate and 20-year amortization period. Dayton Children’s is a pediatric acute children’s teaching hospital with locations throughout Ohio. The newly completed facility on Far Hills Avenue offers developmental rehab and speech therapy, imaging and lab work, and pediatric primary care services.
CHESTERFIELD, MO. — Brinkmann Constructors has completed a 4,000-square-foot interior renovation of an existing Rolls-Royce automotive showroom in Chesterfield, a western suburb of St. Louis. The project included an interactive atelier room equipped with a kinetic lighting system that synchronizes with sound. Additional elements include a custom Pantheon door and an automatic snow melt system built into the front sidewalk. Brinkmann completed the renovation in partnership with Rolls-Royce and Holman Motorcars. ACI Boland Architects served as the project architect.
HOUSTON — Goode Company Restaurants has signed a 9,304-square-foot office headquarters lease in West Houston. The operator of local barbeque and Mexican takeout and delivery concepts is taking space at 3555 Timmons Lane, a 230,440-square-foot building located within the Greenway Plaza development. Katy Gragg, John Heard and Eric Anderson of Transwestern represented the landlord, Dallas-based Novel Office, in the lease negotiations. Pollan Hausman Real Estate represented the tenant.
