HOLIDAY, FLA. — Franklin Street Real Estate Services has brokered the $12.3 million sale of Park at Barrington, a 244-unit multifamily community in the Tampa Bay area. Built in 1972 and renovated in 2007, the property is located at 4348 Plaza Drive in Holiday. The community’s amenity package includes a fitness center, three pools, gates, clubhouse, laundry facility and a dog park. Darron Kattan, Robert Goldfinger, Kevin Kelleher and Zach Ames of Franklin Street represented the seller, a local investor, in the transaction. The buyer was also a local investor.

NASHVILLE, TENN. — HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of Hyatt Place Nashville Airport Hotel in Nashville. Greenwood Hospitality Group is managing the 83-room hotel on behalf of the new owner. The hotel is located across from the Nashville International Airport and eight miles east of downtown Nashville. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Vision Hospitality Group developed the hotel in 2000 and later converted the property to a Hyatt Place in 2007. Barry Swanson and Scott Stephens of HREC represented the seller in the transaction.
ATLANTA — CBRE Global Investors has inked leases with two new office tenants at 201 17th St., a 17-story, 350,000-square-foot office building in Atlantic Station in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood. YuMe Inc., a digital video brand advertiser, has leased 1,071 square feet and moved into its space in late August. Emery Cresswell of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Acclaro, a marketing and advertising firm, leased 2,042 square feet and also moved into its space in August. Leigh Cofer of CBRE Inc. represented the tenant. Jeff Keppen and Nicole Goldsmith of CBRE represented CBRE Global Investors in both lease deals. Including these two transactions, there has been 15,386 square feet of leasing at 201 17th St. year-to-date.
NEW YORK — Massey Knakal Realty Services has arranged the sale and financing of a portfolio of residential condominium units within The Corinthian building. The property is located at 645 First Ave. in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood. The units were sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $147 million. Massey Knakal Capital Services arranged the acquisition and construction financing with a commitment amount of $125 million, with an initial funding of $115 million. The portfolio consists of 144 residential condominium units within a 57-story building, with an aggregate unit size of approximately 150,747 square feet. The property includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The sale price equates to approximately $975 per square foot.
PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. — HFF has brokered the $22.7 million sale of Greenwich Center, a 182,583-square-foot retail power center located in Phillipsburg, 73 miles north of Philadelphia and 70 miles west of New York City. Greenwich Center is located at 1200-1208 New Brunswick Ave. The building was developed in two stages, Center I was completed in 2002 and Center II was finished in 2006. The shopping center is 93 percent leased to national and regional tenants. HFF represented the seller Retail Properties of America Inc. An affiliate of Northeast Capital Group and BHN Associates purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt in an all cash transaction.
BURLINGTON, MASS. — KeyPoint Partners LLC has added several new leasing and property management assignments to its portfolio. The assignments include Crosspointe Plaza, a 94,000-square-foot retail center in Naugatuck, Conn.; Tyngsboro Crossing (formerly TJ Maxx Plaza), a 180,400-square-foot retail center in Tyngsboro, Mass.; 2100 Washington St., a 20,000-square-foot retail/office property in Hanover, Mass.; and Merchant’s Row, a 63,700-square-foot retail center also on Washington Street in Hanover. Don Mace, vice president of leasing, is handling the assignments. KeyPoint Partners has also been named property manager for the Woonsocket Medical Building, a 53,000-square-foot office property located at John A. Cummings Way in Woonsocket, R.I. KeyPoint Partners is based in Burlington, Mass.
SOUTH BEND, IND. — Wellbrooke of South Bend The Center for Health and Wellness has opened. The new facility located at 52565 State Road 933 provides post-acute care (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and assisted living services. The new center is the latest joint venture between Mainstreet and Live Care Services. The 100-bed, 66,560-square-foot Wellbrooke of South Bend features a movie theater, game room and walking trails, as well as restaurants, an on-site chef, a reflection room and more. The project represents a total investment of $14.2 million in the community. Carmel, Ind.-based Mainstreet developed the center. Life Care Services of Greenwood, Ind. will manage the property.
MILWAUKEE — Zilber Property Group has acquired six industrial buildings from CenterPoint Properties in Milwaukee for an undisclosed sales price. Totaling more than 202,000 square feet, the properties are located near the General Mitchell International Airport. The portfolio includes a combination of single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings. RPF Commercial Inc. represented the seller and will continue to market on behalf of Zilber Property Group.
HUNTLEY, ILL. — Entre Commercial Realty LLC has arranged the sale of a new 40,000-square-foot industrial building in Huntley for an undisclosed price. The property is within Huntley Corporate Park located at 13700 George Bush Court. The new build-to-suit facility is situated on 2.4 acres and features 24-foot clear heights with four exterior docks. Cargo Equipment, a 52-year-old manufacturer of load securement equipment and supplies, will relocate from 640 Church Road in Elgin to this new location. Entre’s Dan Benassi and Mike Gazzola represented the developer, Reiche Construction. Bruce Granger of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer, Cargo Equipment.
AUBURN HILLS, MICH. — L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International has arranged the sale of a 6,122-square-foot industrial building in Auburn Hills. Daedong North America, a manufacturer and distributor of tractors, UTVs, attachments and implements, purchased the property for an undisclosed sales price. The building is located at 1265 Doris Road.
