RYE, N.Y. — NAI Friedland has arranged the sale of an approximately 12,000-square-foot warehouse at 30 Nursery Lane in Rye for $1.6 million. David Kucera of County Coach Corp., a Westchester County bus company, purchased the facility to accommodate the company’s expansion. The warehouse and partial office space offers 12- to 14.5-foot ceilings and is accessible from I-95 and I-287. The building offers multiple offices, a conference room, large sales meeting room, and two lunchrooms.

FAIRFIELD, CT. — Save the Children will lease 59,100-square-foot of office space at 501 Kings Highway in Fairfield for its new headquarters. Eric West of West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors and Mindy Saffer of Cresa represented Save the Children in the headquarters relocation negotiations that resulted in 15-year lease. Save the Children is an independent organization that works in the United States and around the world to create lasting change for children in need. The property attracted the tenant due to location and cost; it allows the organization to maintain its long-term presence in Fairfield County.

MANSFIELD, TEXAS — Inland Real Estate Income Trust Inc. has acquired Mansfield Pointe, a 148,529-square-foot shopping center in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield, for $28.4 million. Developed in 2008 by Connected Development Services, the property was 97 percent occupied at the time of the sale to tenants including Sports Authority, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, Party City, Half Price Books, Sleep Experts, Verizon and Massage Envy. An entity controlled by Dallas-based firm The Retail Connection and Plano-based Granite Properties sold the asset. David Disney of Disney Investment Group represented Inland in the transaction. Alan Shor and Chad Bradshaw of The Retail Connection and Paul Bennett of Granite Properties represented the seller.

HOUSTON — NAI Houston has arranged a 20,400-square-foot industrial lease in north Houston for Delta Subsea LLC, a provider of remote operational vehicle services and solutions. Constructed in 2012, the facility features 32-foot clear heights and is located at 1616 Southcreek Lane. Delta Subsea will use the building as the headquarters of its Tooling Solutions Division. Dan Boyles Jr. and John Ferruzzo of NAI Houston represented the tenant in the negotiations. Mike Spears of National Realty Group represented the unnamed landlord.

TUSTIN, CALIF. — A 42,340-square-foot industrial building in Tustin has sold to an unnamed buyer for $5.9 million. The building is located at 2652 Dow Ave. It is the headquarters for Meridian Graphics. The printing and graphic company has signed a lease at the property for the next seven years. The transaction was executed by Justin Smith and Phil Cohen of Lee & Associates.

NEWARK, CALIF. – A 10,971-square-foot retail center in Newark has sold to an unnamed buyer for $5.8 million. The center is located on the corner of Newark Boulevard and Jarvis Avenue. It is occupied by AutoZone, T-Mobile and a drive-thru Starbucks. It was formerly occupied by a Cattlemens restaurant. The seller, Imwalle Newark LLC, was represented by Bob Quigley of SRS Real Estate Partners.

PHOENIX — Airport Business Park, a 39,994-square-foot industrial building in Phoenix, has sold to Airport Business Park Phoenix LLC for $2 million. The building is located at 2328 E. Van Buren Street. It was built in 1982. Airport Business Park is currently 95 percent leased to 28 tenants. The LLC was represented by Paul Boyle and Rick Danis of Cassidy Turley. The seller, Airport Business LLC, was represented by Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties.

GILBERT, ARIZ. — Nexius Solutions is relocating to a 20,982-square-foot facility in Gilbert. The new space is located at 377 S. Hamilton Court. The end-to-end wireless services provider will relocate from 2601 S. 37th St. in Phoenix. It will take occupancy this month. Nexius was represented by Grady and Jackie Orcutt of Cushman & Wakefield.
